It was clean

The price was expensive, not great on parking.

The bed was comfy.

The room floor was dirty. The cream cheese was my and the temp in the fridge was milk, etc for breakfast was warm per the thermometer hanging from the wire shelf.

The lady who checked us in was very rude. We rented three rooms and asked if we could be close to each other and she informed us that we were not the only people staying there. And overall, just rude. The outside was run down and looked trashy. The room was clean enough and smelled like disinfectant. However, the fitted sheet was covered with little black hairs. Thankfully, I brought my own blanket to use. The tub was very stained.

Everything!! Always stop here when leaving the Smokys❤️ Best lady on the desk, she so so sweet, know her face! She is truly an asset to this hotel! Very very professional love the way she does business!! she told us about Mamas G what an amazing Italian restaurant loved it!! Rooms are always nice and clean ! Beds are super comfortable!!

The room was so small

it was clean mostly.

both additional safety features that were broken or parts missing from the door. the motel is over a Mexican restaurant so it was loud and smelled like Mexican food. It is also at a intersection so traffic was very loud also. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out from the previous guest. We were supposed to be able to check in at 2:00 and rooms were still mot ready at 4:00 PM.

The room was nice but we found that the door didn’t fit fight and there was about a half in gap at the bottom letting in fumes from the highway
