Loved the first floor rooms , very roomy , staff was very nice

A/c unit was very noisy, when it would kick on , you would have to turn the tv up till the ac went off

The employees were helpful, polite & friendly!

The shades in the room….I’d never operated any like them. But once you figure them out they were neat & easy!

Renovation going on that I was not aware of. No front desk, just a person sitting at a table near the entrance. May have just been bought by Comfort Inn.

The staff was personable, understanding, and very kind.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor, which the staff later told us use to be the "smoking floor." Mind you were told that we would be charged $250 if we smoked or had any damage to the room. When we got out of the elevator, it smelled heavily of smoke, the hallway was poorly lit, and the carpet felt "squishy." The room we were given had stains on the comforter, hair in the bathroom, and the AC didn't work well on top of the fact that it looked very outdated and broken. After speaking to staff about it, the second room we had the option of taking was on the 3rd floor. Same thing, squishy carpet and poorly lit hallway. There were a few pubic looking hairs on the bed. The dresser drawers were all pulled open, as well as there being hair on the bathroom floor. When I initially spoke to the staff about our first room, there was a man walking around that clearly gave the staff member the creeps. She not only verbally said it to me but also the manager that was there. It felt like it was swept under the rug and to be brushed off. I'm sorry, but with the world now a days, I am there with my kids and don't like feeling like having to watch out for a "creep." The front desk area is being renovated. So the "desk" was relocated to the dining area on one of the tables.

There were very few guests staying at this hotel so it was quiet.

The shower wall was loaded with stubble, but I didn't shave. Wondered what else wasn't properly cleaned.
