The people who work at the front desk didn’t know what they were doing. They charged me an additional deposit twice even though I paid for my stay. I asked for the deposit receipt but for some reason they couldn’t get me one!

We had an item stolen by hotel staff. The rest of the staff was not helpful at all. Simply do not stay here if you care about your items.

Absolutely fabulous staff. Khiry was the young man who worked evenings. He was so professional and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and happy. Great employee!

The water pressure was awful. The bath didn’t get too hot either. Nor did the water stay in the tub.

A nice and clean hotel about 30 minutes away from the downtown.
Coffee machine and refrigerator in the room.
Beautiful view. Free parking on site.
No microwave and peeling off wallpaper in the room.
The parking area is dark and looks suspicious.
I'd not recommend leaving any valuables in your car.

I like the Westin's room design and lighting. I also like that they accommodated my need for quiet as I was there for business and needed to work in my hotel room. Also, their Room Service was fast, efficient, and not as pricey as other hotels. Having Starbucks in the lobby was a perk and the infused water. Friendly customer service!

The only problem is that I requested special services and he never bother to answer - REALLY BAD!
