Loved the shuttles service to and from the airport. Was very convenient

They claim the shuttle would arrived within 15 mins but be prepared to wait as much as 30-40mins

Reception staff very unwelcoming. Njust spoke few words, and not friendly. Makes a difference when you have arrived from another country

The Airport shuttle was brilliant, breakfast was good.

It was overnight, so all was fine.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was just what we needed after a long international flight. It was also the perfect way to get back to the airport the next morning to continue our journey home. This hotel is designed for sleeping and showering. The facility is old, things are worn out, the cleanliness was OK but not exemplary. We just hopped in bed and skidaddled early the next day. Our driver in the morning was a nice guy with a long history in NYC and he gave us updates on the city, the airport, traffic, etc.

The breakfast was minimal and the eating space is the lobby of the hotel. Some guests came in their pajamas or barefoot. that was odd. The carpet in our hallway was all wrinkled and lumpy and in need a good stretching to fit the hallway again.

Very slow and unfriendly service. Felt like the staff did not want to be there or the gests to be there. Pick up from AirPort did not work for us, the mini bus was full and the driver said that he might get back. We ended up paying for a taxi that charged us an 65 dollars for the short trip.

Better rates than the rivals and I did not face any inconvenience. Next to it was a Burger King outlet & a Popeye fast food.

They should ensure that the bedsheets are changed, every time a guest leaves . They should offer take away for those checking out before their scheduled breakfast time.

Having room service could of been better emptying garage removal of soiled linens after having it in the bathroom for a day after asking to have clean linen and room cleaned trashed removal had to wait until the next day to get service asked staff members multiple times no one never came until the following evening after asking multiple times over and over

airport shuttle not great. Confusion about pick-up location at airport (and long wait for shuttle to arrive); also mis-information about frequency of shuttle runs from hotel to airport — once per hour is not very convenient. Room key also did not work on the first go; had to return to the desk to get it re-coded.

rude phone answering about airport puck up. they kept me 3 hours to send a bus!
