The bed was comfortable, and room size was very nice. Hotel is quiet.

Because the hotel is being renovated, the pool and fitness room were not open. The area around the elevators was not very clean. This is normally my favorite hotel, and I always stay there when visiting my daughter and family.

Liked everything

Great location. The warmth and friendliness of the two ladies working at the front desk when we arrived made this a superior experience. They were engaging and happily gave us directions to the Legacy arena, along with good advice about parking.

Upon arrival the lobby was nice. We checked in about 5p. We get to the 2nd.floor & it had a strong mildew & wet carpet smell. Notified the desk & they act like they had no idea. The worst part is the room above us made noise all evening & all night. It sounded like they were chopping up bodies & throwing furniture. The staff was notified 3X, about 6pm face to face on our way out to dinner I asked if someone was doing construction above us. The young man looked confused, he said he would ask the manager. So I assumed the manager would investigate & I continued out to the parking lot. Then when we returned from dinner, they still were making all kinds of noise. I called the desk little after 8pm, a young man said he would take care of it, they chilled out for about 30mins. But when it was time for us to rest you would have thought the ceiling was going to cave in, my mother called the desk again in the middle of the night. So no rest with a 4 hour drive ahead of me. Very disappointed, I told the lady during checkout the same thing. She told me I would receive points, but I NEVER received them. Our stay was January 21-22, 2023. I am very surprised at Hoiday Inn. I've never had such bad a experience with Holiday in. I do not recommend this location to anyone for any reason.

Nothing really

The breakfast was ok, but there was a host there that kept coming around me wat h what I ate. I had .y little grandbabies with me and I felt harrased. I gave her a $5 tip then things seemed friendly. Will not stay here again. The dinner was awful. The pizza was under cooked and the chicken strips were way over cooked.

location and how clean it was . The restaurant staff was exceptional from the gentleman at the bar and the sweet lady at breakfast went over and above to make sure we had what we needed .

we got a call at 1130 from the front desk saying they needed another credit card as they didn’t think booking. com gave them the right number .i told her it was already on my statement I was not giving them any credit card numbers . i was sound asleep - thought it was a scam . the gentleman at the desk the next morning gave us breakfast cards for our trouble .
