Quiet great fridge and freezer closet space closed to everything

Location good
Room was not clean. Wifi advertised but password not provided. . Room was in a state of disrepair (holes in wall, tub surround cracked. No coat hangers or even a coat hook provided. No Fox network on TV (World Cup) will not return

Financial burden they woke me at 1:30 in the morning thinking I paid and I hadn't paid and I did paid it was confusing

the bed and location
Staff were not freindly acted like me stay was hassel for them, first they put me in room with a door to the next room (couldnt open) but i could here the next doors tv, i asked to move then he put me under the person who walked around the room all night and running up and down the strairs at 2am , so loud. The hotel was almost empty

Staff will not open locked door to help you till there done with the task. Ice machine was broken got fixed then only game brown ice. They ask a $100 deposit that they find a way to keep depending on deal you get from the internet. Restaurant on sight is great but there staff has to leave to help guests when manager is sleeping ( 11:30 am to 2:55 pm) is his nap time.

The size of the bed
Everything was messy, floor was really dirty, bedsheets were super dirty, towels were stain, there was white hair on bedsheets, which is not ours because i have black hair, bathtub curtain were black but you can see White stains worst experience!!! Never going back here.

I felt the room was dirty. The floor in the bathroom had a bubble and I worried about falling through the fall.

This was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in! There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was no running water in the bathtub/shower. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The curtains were torn and didn’t fully cover the window. The bedspread was torn. The drawers in the dresser were broken.
