Very close to work (within 10 min); The rooms are livable. I appreciated not having to deal with roaches and bed bugs.

One of the bath towels was kind of dirty; non-smoking rooms smell like smoke; when housekeeping or anyone knocks on any door within 4-5 rooms away—you can hear it loudly and it’s nerve wrecking; the police had to come address a domestic violence situation 2 doors down from me which seems to happen more than it should; people stand outside your door talking loud with no courtesy of peace; we lost power for hours because someone hit a power line; cigarette burns on the bed cover and toilet seat; Remote didn’t always work for TV.

Everything was clean except the rug at the door.

The door had damage at bottom and actually had a gap in it. Also the rug at the door was filthy. That was the only dirty thing in the room.

Greasy floor, bad smell in the room. Hair on bedsheets, bathroom handle to shower did not work correctly.

The motel is next to a nightclub, on Fridays and Saturdays the music is super load and a lot of people making noises until 2:00am.

I arrived at 9:00pm check-in process was fine. Within 5 minutes I witnessed drug sells, noise level was unbearable. This was only for a night so, I called the front desk and requested a room change further away from illegal activity and noise (opposite side of building/rear). Second room was not any better, top floor corner was even more noise and sells were conducted. I promptly gathered my belongings and returned to the front desk for a refund. The manager never asked why, she said booking.com will have to give you a refund. I was there maybe 30 minutes, as I was leaving a police SUV was parked in front of the dealers watching them. Not worth saving a few dollars, do not stay here! I never unpacked my bags. Dealers are not discreet which means Rico case and news coverage.

Quality of the room

The room was clean. Bedding was clean. Staff was polite. Like upgrades in the bathroom.

Smell of disinfectant was overpowering. Towels were a little dirty.

The price and that they accept dogs. Like all Motel 6 rooms it was basic, but it was clean and had a fridge and microwave.

The location is a bit sketchy, but there are plenty of fast food options close by and we weren't staying there to sightsee.

Do not book through them .I stayed at a hotel . Purchased before arriving (the pictures were deceiving) . The hote had a leaky ceiling and roaches . Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk throughout the night .I only managed to stay one night , the next morning I called the hotel lobby and they said that it wasn’t their problem and I could leave . Long story short they got mad at me for letting them know how nasty the room was and told me to leave , cancelled my stay without a refund for my remaining 3 nights . I called multiple times after and they said they would be refunding it and to not call back . The I Called you all ( Booking.com)and you all said there was nothing you could do but wait for the refund. Well it’s been about 2 months and no refund. Please don’t ever contact me again with any promotions or anything !! Your company should verify hotel pictures before letting them post pictures . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
