The staff were all great and the whole place felt very clean.
The doors let a lot of sound in the room and it got loud in the night which kept my 6 month old up... which kept me up and very tired the next day. I don't know if it was other guests or staff moving around, but it sounded like very heavy walking and occasional banging- maybe doors slamming.

Location is excellent, breakfast was good, staff was excellent.
The one problem was a slight urine odor in the room, which was more prevelent when the AC/Heating unit turned on.

The front desk staff (both day and night) shift were wonderful! The day front desk lady helped me fix the tv and she was wonderful! Very personable and helpful. The night front desk lady helped me with a concern about another guest that was being improper. I had a great stay and will continue to come there whenever I’m traveling to the area.

This was a stopover and we expected it to be cheap and cheerful. It is actually immaculate, well kept, fabulous little pool and very comfy rooms. Very impressed!

Breakfast was not great. Biscuits were hard, eggs were bland. Even kids said cereal was stale. Def great stay. Just need to work on breakfast. 15 people eating with us, all made similar comments to us

The staff was all friendly except one person in the daytime at the front desk. Everyone else there was very nice. The house keeping staff were so nice and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Extremely clean and no bugs...

Location and cleanliness
No one at the checking desk when we arrived, waited about 10 minutes for someone to check us in. But once they arrived we were checked in quickly.

The location was good
Shower didn’t drain properly and it had hair on it and once the water wouldn’t drain out it was floating in the shower floor

Convenient location, clean, great breakfast included - best value of our whole vacation... and this was just a stopover stay on our drive home. Close to many restaurant options too.

Cleanliness, staff is friendly and glad we are there, highly responsive to requests, very comfortable beds, nice room design (king suite), convenient parking and access. Nicely done!
Very little to say here - breakfast was a little weak in some ways {mainly the eggs (I’m being picky here, I know)}. The wi-fi seemed weak, on the third floor at least.

Coffee maker too small and nasty coffee. Also, parking is shared with Longhorn and spaces for hotel guests did not exist!

The place is well on it’s way to dilapidated. The lighting in the room was terrible. Room did not smell very fresh. The place was pretty gross. Not worth $94.
