Clean, comfortable, quiet room! Nice that the shower faucet was normal, not one of those weird hotel faucets. Water quality was great--NO BLEACH!!! Also great to just log into public hotel WiFi--no passwords or advertisements. Staff was friendly and welcoming when I rolled in on Christmas afternoon!

It would have been nice to have a slip-resistant shower and the shower curtain was a hair too narrow. Handicapped handle was loose (perhaps due to the shower floor being slick). Keycard had to be re-programmed. Nice to see biscuits and gravy and eggs on the breakfast bar, but some sausage would have been good, as well as unsweetened iced tea (not everyone drinks coffee). More food options for diabetics would be appreciated.

I paid for a king sized bed and got a queen. when I asked about it they said there were no more kings available. I had made the reservation hours before we got there. the tv didn’t work but they came and got it working. we then couldn’t turn it off. very loud with people yelling across the hallway and running up and down.

it seems old, and what you’d expect for the price.

night/evening staff were rude, would not allow a group of parents to sit in lobby and socialize after event, very nasty about it. same breakfast every morning, locks busted off room doors, looks like someone poorly attempted a remodel.. bad job with metal pieces sticking out of flooring. could have been cleaner and more friendly.

Room smelled like mildew. Bathroom sink fawcets were so loose that the entire fawcet could be moved. The breakfast was awful…the back of the fridge was covered in ice and the peeled boiled eggs were frozen to the container it was stored in. The coffee was unmarked and there was no way of telling what was decaf or regular

Eggs were hot and freshly cooked at breakfast... Room was nice...

Hard to get into and out of property during times of high traffic. Six or seven workers sitting around outside the front doors smoking when we arrived. Front desk could not get paperwork to print so check-in took a LONG time. Breakfast had no meat, no coffee creamer...

Friendly staff, convenient location near highway.

Room next to the pool and it was loud. Could hear people opening and closing doors in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not like other AmericInn that I had stay before.
