Our room had a ton of ants and they were everywhere. They ended up in my suitcase that I brought home. The front desk did not care and offered a free parking pass. DO NOT STAY HERE. Expensive place but not clean!!

Well one item missing was no breakfast in the morning.

Well with the inflation it is getting costly to travel

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff

no microwave in the room or fridge

Location, location location. And very pleasant staff

Did not seem to have all elevators operational

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, in the center of Old Town, Alexandria with many shops and restaurants nearby and a very short walk to the waterfront.

I called the hotel the day before our arrival. No one picked up the phone. I had booked a room with two double beds for me and my daughter. The hotel staff were nice, however they initially couldn’t find our reservation through Booking. After I showed them my reservation number and additional system research they eventually found the record but said that they didn’t have a room with two beds. They accommodated us in a room with one king size bed. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The radiator was very loud coming on in the middle of the night. It was literally waking us up. I hesitated writing a bed review but we didn’t have a good night sleep at all. Very uncomfortable.

Great location in the heart of Old Town.

Provide more coffee pods in room.

Room was great. Nice a quiet. Excellent bed. Very relaxing.
