The hotel was clean and adequate. As long as you're aware in advance of the comments in other reviews - and you're okay with that - you'll be fine.

The facilities are really old and need updating. They're generally still functional and clean, but they're already dated.

tollet seat damaged and cut my leg. electrical sockets did not work. closet door knob came off in my hand. they did not tell us we needed to schedule our room to be cleaned. we stayed our days , trash overflowing. no tissues or toilet paper. the night of our daughter in laws wake we came back to our uncleared room with no toilet paper, my husband went to car to get tissues after front desk told use to empty our trash cans place outside our door.. the front desk told us there was no housekeeping, they are short staffed. so we paid for a clean room that we had to clean ourselves. poor breakfast Aldo , only carbs no protein. I asked for an oatmeal was told sorry they had no more.

Nice room, good desk, couch, relatively quiet, except the dog that barked in the hallway at 11:24 am.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing, but the room was cheap.....what you get. But they have a Starbucks .25 miles away. Coffee is OK but not even real half and half.......coffee mate.......really? Beds was OK, pillows good.

Comfortable bed and free breakfast but definitely not worth $120 a night. Currently, under a facelift but shouldn't jump the gun with the pricing. Obviously taking advantage of those wanting/needing to be close to the airport. Apparently, 2nd floor is for guests with pets and wreaks of cigarettes, pet urine, and cover-up air fresheners. The ice machine was out of order. The carpet was filthy, and tile flooring is broken throughout the facility. Be careful getting on the elevator, the entire tile flooring is broken and lifting. The wallpaper in our room was buckled and bubbled from floor to ceiling in several locations. The facility also houses numerous guests via social services. Hot water is barely lukewarm, had to shower quickly in the bathroom with a dirty floor and the last occupant's garbage. The front desk clerk was very friendly when checking in. Booking is giving this place a 3 with my remarks....honestly folks.... it's a 1.

This hotel has had a lot of issues with wifi over the past few years, so I was pleasantly surprised this time that the wifi was reliable and reasonably fast.

There was no phone in the room (148) that I stayed in. I am a disabled woman who is 64 years old. I asked the front desk multiple times to put a phone in my room and it never happened. My husband is very upset 😡about what happened. The front desk person actually told me the night before my departure at 4am that if I changed rooms I might get a phone. Then I tried to get a discount on my stay, which was 325$ for 2 nights. I followed up twice and they keep telling me the manager is out.
