Six years ago, this was a very nice place to stay... Now it's run down and dirty.

Breakfast was nasty. There wasn’t much to choose from. The coffee was nasty. There wasn’t any fruit and the turkey sausage didn’t look advertising. There wasn’t any cereal or milk. I went out and bought breakfast.

New, clean, convenient location, comfortable

Not enough towels and failure to provide them when requested had to go to service desk to get them, toilet was too low to ground for person who has coordination issues.

Location was great for our needs to attend a memorial service of a family member. The lobby was a nice modern decor and clean considering they served food in that area each morning. Coffee served each morning in the lobby was delicious! Our beds were quite comfortable.

The corridors were in dire need of being vacuumed and obviously were never done during our 3 night stay. The ice machine was empty each time we went to use it, but on our last full day we discovered it was actually jammed up and needed to be attended to by the staff. The breakfast food selections were many, but the eggs and sausage were terrible. The elevator closest to the lobby quit working while two of our family members were stuck inside for awhile. No one would answer the phone when they called for help. It wasn’t until they banged on the door repeatedly. The rooms were not clean, our carpet all torn and it felt “damp”, the bathrooms were not very clean. Our toilet struggled to flush each time. The sink and shower water pressure extremely low to the point we couldn’t rinse out our shampoo/conditioner. Room refrigerator freezer section had 2 inches of ice built up on it-definitely needed to be defrosted! TV signal kept cutting out. Cleaning people not accommodating when I asked for regular coffee packets for my room, just replied “only have decaf”- unwilling to look for regular coffee packets as someone with good customer service skills would do.

The front desk staff was top notch, however on our 5th day we were goingback to our room and a man comes out of a room down the hall behind us and said excuse me does the hotel know you have that dog we replied yes, and he said dogs are not allowed on the 6th floor I said well we have been here for 5 days, only then he identified him self as GM I said well your staff put us here he was rude and rolled his eyes at us we went to the front desk and chose to leave one day earlier we will never stay there again because of him,

The bed was great and room very clean

Wanted a non handycap room. They could not get provide it for me. The breakfast was very disappointing...exceptionally bad food and coffee like water.

The pillows, bathroom do not have extractors, Halls dirty and smells bad, Breakfast bad, chip and only pork
