Good location. Quiet AC.
No coffee maker in the room, not enough towels, did not get a wake up call on second day. No breakfast, hotel lobby was messy, unkept, had to hunt down manager. No breakfast items.

The staff were always willing to help. Walking distance to NRG.
The room smelt like mold and smoke. Furniture was old and dirty. The bathroom floor looked to have never been cleaned before and the shower head as well as the bathroom light were broken.

Didn't eat breakfast but was satisfied with the location cause it was close to the rodeo grounds.

More than I expected. It was clean and has everything I needed
Not enough towels or pillows. It only had 2 big towels and 1 hand towel

literally everything. they took my money and did not provide me with a room or a refund , we were verbally insulted, the Indian man pointed his middle finger to us as the Indian woman locked the doors. they tried to take our pictures and keep our IDs until i showed them i was calling the police, not to mention they did all of this in front of our 3 year old child. the place itself was also filled with prostitutes in the back defiantly a 0 out of 10 for me.

There wasn’t any breakfast
The first night the heat didn’t work and toilet wouldn’t flush properly ,it was cold allnight , they were able to put us in a different room the second night that had working heat and was cleaner than the first. Other than that and a broken leg on the couch everything was good.

it’s was quiet location bed was comfortable
we didn’t like that the room had one bedroom when I seen on booked.com had one bed with a sofa and that’s what I was trying to get when I booked the room and the housekeeping was rude to us when we was packing our stuff

I liked how comfortable the room felt overall.
What I didn't like is the staff at the front I dont know his name but he works the evening shift. If you're going to request for early check in don't get your hopes up they won't let you.

Nothing extravagant you get what you pay for. Very clean. elevator was very convenient.

The a/c was off in room in 102° making it uncomfortable and took extremely long ro cool the room

door didn’t shut good. The curb at street was busted and it busted our tire.

There were shady people staying there. We kept checking our car to ensure it wasn’t stolen. Also, strange things going on in parking lot and someone was smoking weed.

Easy access and location! Felt safe and place well lit! Look forward to staying in future visits!

Had to ask for actual pillows. The manager was able to get two pillows. All that was on the bed were shams.
