The scenery, the service, and the entire experience were extraordinary. I've never been impressed by any of the resorts I've been to. But this one is just exceptional. I will definitely come back!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were traveling with a 6 year old and The Bluffs had a bike that he was able to use which made it much easier to get around. We loved the cookies and lemonade, the smores it felt like a true resort. We spent a huge amount of time in the pool which was really fun perfect for beginning swimmers. The other highlight was the dolphin tour I would strongly recommend that. Also, the Riverhouse food was amazing. The pins are a brilliant idea -my grandson loved them:}

the restaurant River house was closed when we were there and buffaloes was under renovation

The onsite restaurants onsite are fantastic.

So we had a bike reservation and needed to cancel and was charged the full amount. Seemed like there were plenty of bikes to go around so that was disappointing. My wife was interested in getting her hair done but they did not have the staff to accommodate. I would suggest to anyone interested in activities and onsite salon or spa services book way in advance.
