Location, decor, classy, great for families, great amenities, staff were polite, helpful and attentive.

Would have been nice if parking was complimentary vs. charge per night.

I can not recommend this place enough!! There was an issue with my reservation and the manager fixed it quickly and graciously. After only one night, the staff called me by name as I would come and go. Do not hesitate to book here. I will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.

Appreciated easy access to guest parking from the lobby. Helpful and quick response from maintenance when the gas fireplace wasn’t working.

Front desk staff was kind of indifferent when I asked for an electric vehicle charger and ATM, they sent me across the street to another hotel… it was just strange. Also the first room they gave me was completely unacceptable, it was dark, old and dingy, thankfully they heard me and moved me to a much better, more modern room.

the desk staff. they were rude, impatient, haughty, and just difficult. However- we loved the van drivers- they were fun, sweet, knowledgeable, and professional!
