The staff

My bathroom was dirty. There was red stuff in the tub. We ended up cleaning it since we were in a rush to get to a concert.

Room was a little dusty,

Waffles, liquid eggs, sausage, cereal, hot coffee and carbs. It met all my needs.

Everything was great

The manager was amazing at remediating issues and staff was polite and courteous. The rooms are pretty nice and smell good. The suite was very spacious.

Facilities are not really maintained. Showers were not well cleaned. Found hair all over one and gnats at the drain. The manager moved me and I thought all was good until the next day I found long thick black hairs stuck to the shower glass. I have a short cut that is dyed blonde, so no way it could be mine. Refrigerator in the 2nd room was broken and I travel with my meal prep and had to throw it all out once I noticed. When I went to tell the front desk staff, he wanted to move me again because they had no maintenance onsite. I didn't feel like moving my stuff again so I just stayed in my room.

In fact I evaluate the level of service as 2 stars. How it could be possible to place 6 people, as it said on Booking.com, on 2 queen beds? Our 3 kids slept for 2 nights across the bed. Our room was not prepared for booked 5 people, we got only 2 sets of towels. Strange room design - the sink is outside the bathroom. The bathroom itself has no ventilation. The room price of $150 a night for sure is overpriced.

The breakfast was wonderful with many options. Everything was super clean and the location was secluded and quiet but close to where we needed to be!

The staff did accommodate my need to add an additional guest, however they were not friendly or welcoming. I called 4 days in advance to notify them that I would have an additional guest and asked about getting a room with 2 beds the lady on the phone said one was available. I asked if I could go ahead and switch, she proceeded to tell me there would be plenty available when I check in and to do it then and hung up. When I checked in I told the man who was checking me in the same thing and he just seemed bothered by my request, even though I did inform him that I had called ahead. He never got out of his chair and was not very informative about where the room was, breakfast or anything. He simply handed me a paper to sign, gave me my key and turned back to his computer. There was another group checking in at the same time as us and the gentleman checking them in seemed very friendly and accommodating.

terrible internet. on hold with internet for hours. staff very unfriendly. called booking to refund but they never responded when they told me they would call back. go to hotel next door. rude dude who works night, he never worked customer service in his life. no way to treat people.

The lobby, breakfast choices. the gym view. The night auditor who worked the Christmas eve into Christmas morning shift was so pleasant at check-in. He really made us feel welcome.

The room was not throughly cleaned upon arrival. office chair had dirty marks. Carpet had some dirty spots. Phone was not dusted properly. Room had undergone spot cleaning instead of thorough. The beds and tub were clean, so I was not bothered by that as much.
