Bed was really comfortable. Normally our back will hurt after sleeping in hotel beds but this one was good! Great location & nice views of the foothills. Front desk employees were all friendly.

It could have been cleaner & they didn’t provide daily cleanings. We had to exchange towels at the front desk.

The bed was comfortable. Close to our venue, easy access to highway.

Building needs upgrading, very run down. Trash bags everywhere outside. No key card access to main building, had to walk down stairs and go around through main entrance. Bathroom area had dirty walls and floor edges, mold on tile in bathtub. Bathtub a nasty gray/stained color. two complaints of bedbugs while we were there/our room was fine.

Room was filthy - hair all over bathroom floor - mold all over ceiling in bathroom - door bolt wouldn't lock only the safety bar worked - dirty sheets - black long hair in sheets - stains & dirty comforters - trash outside in various places on property We should have left but had been driving 14 hours & no other places close had availability & no rooms available at this location I will be disputing what they charged my cc card as they refused to accept cash !!!! I am unable to access pictures from my tablet for some reason I will be calling Booking.com to discuss this issue further

It was cheap in comparison. My room was easy to get to. Parking was plentiful.

Very dirty for a newly (ish) remodeled room. I had to lay towels on the floor because the carpet was gross.

I was there 5 nights , had no room service, came home with head lice. This was probably the worst hotel I've been to.

My room was near the pool. People were in the pool and loud for hours and hours and very late I did not sleep well because of the amount of noise .is there not a noise curfew? What time does the pool close?

The hotel was located where we thought it would be. The room was average - I found 3 hairs in the shower that were not eighter mine or my wife's. The breakfast on Sunday was very good; it was only average on Saturday and Monday as bins were not refilled or restocked after the construction crews left.

The hotel is starting to fall into disrepair. Paint was peeling, pillers rusted, and the cement stairway is starting to crack.

Not much. While beds were small they were comfortable.

I sent you an email right away. The first thing was my wife fell off the toilet because the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet base. It was broken. We immediately went to the front desk and demanded another room but none were available. There was no maintenance person available nor did anyone else have the wherewithal or materials to fix it. I tried to get a room in another location but everything was booked. I would appreciate a refund.

The rooms were supposed to be some free. They smelled of smoke, the bedding had stains all over them, and their was black mold all over the shower. It was the worst hotel I have ever came across!

we checked in and found beds has covers with stains from previous use, we requested the front desk to replace them, but they don't seem to be changing them for every new guest.

The front desk guy was really nice.

It was disappointing; in that light bulb was out, dirty cup in ice bucket, comforter had blood or who what on it, stain, the bathroom was very very small and door was hard to close. For the cost of a night stay was not what I expected. Had to go find cleaning people to ask for more coffee, etc. Then in the morning the homeless were camped on side of the building. Plus the first night heard a gun shot. Just disappointing.

I like the location, wifi is good, the room is big, and all the essential elements (microwave, iron, tv) were in the room.

I don't like the breakfast, and I'm not sure about the bedding was clean.

Poor Value - Staff unfriendly, no service, scant breakfast. Dirty Exterior. Exterior lighting on only one night of four. Not enough parking, Bath/shower dangerous to use, water temperature varied from scalding hot to ice cold and back and forth making showering dangerous. No safety bars in shower. No linen change in 4 days. only got clean towels by pleading with a cleaning person.

too much dog noise, room heating and cooling thermostat was impossible to consistently control. we expected more from a La Quinta.

Rooms were dirty and not cleaned. Mold in the shower. No bedbug covers. No clean towels, towels were stained. Asked front desk for new towels and wanted to express my concern and he cussed me out.

Food places within walking distance.

The room smelled like urine, and when I told them about it, I was given a new room. It smelled like urine also, and the toilet wasn't bolted to the ground.. I did not have an option of going anywhere else being so late at night. I will never say at another Laquinta inn.
