Everything the staff are very rude.

The hotel and pool were exceptional. The staff were rude and the night shift man a black gentleman was very racist and threatened to kick me out because of another visitor whom I did not know that was staying in another room under us all because I got up out of my bed and went to the restroom and apparently was too loud for a black couple that was staying under us. Night shift man was very derogatory about me being loud when my child was asleep and all I did was get up and go to the restroom . He was uncalled for with his tone and the way he spoke to me. It was racist and very rude nonetheless

Convenient, food locations close.

Stained towels, and pillow covers.

Nothing, this hotel was nasty and the floors turned our socks black on the bottom, and the bed covers had cigarette burns all in them and it was nothin at all like the picture they show

I didn't like the whole thing, nasty floors, no phone in the room, no communication when the fire alarm went off during our stay, the beds were gross and the 2 pillows that was actually on the bed were flat as a pancake

the rooms were moist. there was food left in the refrigerator and no toilette paper.

my room door didn’t lock and when I told front desk they didn’t care, talking about it’s okay, you didn’t even needed a key to unlock the door just walk right in

No breakfast

No breakfast. Even light pastries would suffice.

Friendly staff comfortable beds

No breakfast or coffee, did not clean rooms daily had fleas in room

There was not much to like about the property.

1st room was dirty. Second room was cleaner. Much more to say but you don’t give room

Filthy, disgusting, roach infested, moldy, crime riddled location, rude manager, this hotel should be CLOSED BY HEALTH INSPECTION.

When we arrived in our room there was dirty pillow cases on the bed. I guess whoever cleaned the room left the dirty pillow cases.

The staff at the front desk was friendly

The room smelled of cigarettes and weed (it was a non-smoking room). There were stains on the comforter and the sheets as well as stains in the bathroom. The A/C unit made a loud ringing noise when it was on throughout the night

I liked the lobby and the young lady at the front desk was the most exceptional one and that was literally about it.

Almost everything because almost everything was dirty. It was very loud and people always loitering as well as little to no parking, the hotel just looks like it was sloppily thrown over another one and that wouldn’t be so bad if the place was clean but it is not, outside of the lobby.
