Room was clean, however bathroom floors had a lot of stuff in the corners - ick. Great location

Price was way too high for an overnight stay.

Hotel and and room was clean and neat.

Pillows were flat and very uncomfortable, television was small, not many channels and no smart TV option, and NO EXHAUST FAN IN THE BATHROOM!!!!!!

The woman at check in was extremely friendly. The room looked clean from the surface, and it did have nice toiletries and nice room amenities like the fridge and the keurig.

We woke up covered in bed bug bites. My 3 year old woke up scratching her whole body, i had bites all over my lower body and same with my mother, which we had all shared a bed. When we approached Joshua, the “only person working who could handle our issue” as he claimed, it was like he took it personally right off the bat. He did not take us serious, he immediately got an attitude and started talking down to us when we were showing him pictures and showing him the bites on our body. He told us he didn’t need to see pictures extremely rudely like we were inconveniencing him in some way, even though we were the ones bit up by bugs!The house cleaning manager was so sweet and professional. When we first went down and notified Joshua of the bugs he sent her up to our room which we don’t know exactly why but she came in and we showed her my toddlers back and our legs and she immediately knew they were fresh bites because they were blood red. She was extremely sympathetic, you could tell she felt bad and she explained how they will have the room cleaned by a company which was great. But when we went down to ask what could be done about this he started questioning us as to why we didn’t say anything on the first night of our stay? He was 100% implying like we brought bed bugs in. We checked into our room around like 1:30 in the morning, we didn’t even think to check the room because we were so exhausted we ended up going to sleep almost immediately, and had to be out the door by 8 am! I woke up with one itchy bump that morning and thought nothing of it, but the next morning the 3 of us that slept in the bed closest to the air conditioner had bites all over.

Lobby rugs are all pulling up and loose, old furniture from what must have been the 80s. I should have immediately turned around, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Pool was down for maintenance, sewage smell in the hall...assuming related problem. No attempt to offer discount/other. Charge for everything with a real nickle and dime feel. Pay for wifi ($5), the free wifi is super slow and we could only connect one device per room. $3.50 for bottles of water in room, not complimentary. $15 breakfast, the restaurant wasn't operating during our stay. There is a Dunkins across the street but nothing for miles other than Foxwoods. They have a small convenience store/room with items to buy. If we knew about these issues we would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice but we went there mainly for the pool, which was a fail. I understand this stiff happens, but you at least comp the stay, or offer a voucher for a discounted future stay or comp stay. I did mention the issues to the front desk and got a half-hearted "sorry". We chose to upgrade hotels (so we thought) from Comfort Inn down the road. We should have stayed there...pool hours were better (midnight and working vs 10pm at Hilton and broken), free breakfast (with eggs, sausage, and belgian waffles) vs. None at Hilton, free wifi for unlimited devices, better directTV service with 700+ channels (Hilton only had very basic without a "guide" button, you had to watch channel 2 slowly scroll through an automated guide), and a sauna/jacuzzi for a lot less money. For a Hilton this was a suprising failure, especially compared to a budget hotel in the area.
