This hotel is in a great location, minutes from New Orleans with an exceptional price that won't break the bank when visiting the "The Big Easy." Let's face it, our money could be spent on seeing the sights and enjoying great food, instead of paying for lavish amenities we don't need. The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast, however, was not exactly low calorie and a little too "oily". We decided to have breakfast at a great place called the "French Press Cafe" instead, which is minutes away from the hotel, with a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, and coffees. The reception desk staff is welcoming, professional and helpful, every time we visit!

Breakfast menu needs to be less greasy with some more healthy fare, ie. fresh fruit, maybe some omelettes, french toast, sausage links or patties with better draining of breakfast meats during prep. Perhaps offer bagels, cream cheese, toast and jam. Didn't see a lot of variety during our visit.

The staff and the general manager were all super friendly and nice. General manager/ owner was so generous to my baby son and accommodating. Great hotel.

The didn’t care for the thin sheets/comforter and the pillow quality. We requested more blankets because of how thin it was. They happily gave us more.

Told on PHONE INN HAD AIRPORT SHUTTLE. SIGNS AT FRONT DESK ADVISED NO SHUTTLE,NO POOl upon arrival but would arrange a CAB AT MY EXPENSE. NO coffee. Room had NO COFFEE POT AND A LOPPED SIDE IRONING BOARD . Not sure what arrangement hotel has with cab person. No seatbelts and no working meter Not clean, elevators needed a deep cleaning.  Would have changed hotel if didn’t have a nonrefundable pre paid charge.

The morning staff was super nice and helpful

the sheet had Yellow stains on the second layer wuth blanket & the room smell like molds it gave me a headache I went home feeling terrible

I did not make it up in Time for breakfast, so I wouldn’t know.

The cleanliness of the room,arrived in the room and inspected the bed which led me to find brown stains on the bed sheets. The front desk worker was polite to give me another room. From there everything was going fine until I woke up the next morning opened the curtains and out poped a lizard on my head! ( No jokes , all seriousness) That experience totally freaked me out and sent me into shock. Calling the front desk was a bit difficult from hotel phone, so maybe there could be clear instructions on that process near by. ( IDk ) After Googling hotel and calling desk a couple of minutes later room service arrived and discarded the lizard. Very appreciative but there was no compensation of the nerve wrecking event. I couldn’t sleep later that night in fear of something else crawling or falling on me , part of reason I couldn’t make it to breakfast any of the mornings! Hope this helps with the experience of your future customers!
