The staff as a whole were friendly. Quick to respond to any issue and even called guests by name including pups each day we were there. All of front desk guest service staff were quite nice and a treat is the bubbly personality of Asia. Nice breakfast room/ more so continental & food is fresh. Seriously good hot coffee !! Short driving distances to eateries,stores,etc. Quiet nights- no overhead planes- a wonderful whooshing sound now & again from the bullet train. We truly enjoyed our stay.

As a dog owner...the island across the top of the parking lot that faces the hotel is strewn with poop piles from some seriously inconsiderate dog owners. I did find other areas to walk instead. The hotel should enforce guests with dogs to clean up after themselves. Point a camera to that area and charge the room a clean up fee. The rest of the outside property, parking lot, grounds were kept clean.

This was by far the worst experience we have had at a hotel in a while. We booked because it was listed as a 3.5 star hotel and claimed to be in immaculate condition. We paid a pretty price too. We get there and there are stains on the comforters, there are no linens for the pull out, and we had one towel in our room. I try to call the front desk and they never answered so I had to go down to the front desk. Before going down I turned on the TV in our room to entertain my 4 year old and it didn’t work. So now I’m bout over it. I get to the front desk by taking the slowest, oldest, dirtiest, dingiest elevator I’ve ever been on into the filthy lobby where a “maintenance” guy was sitting in a chair in the lobby in dirty clothes, unkempt and not very professional. The front desk advised that they couldn’t move us to another room as they over booked solid, so we are out of luck on bedding nastiness and the TV as they also don’t have another tv to give us. They seemed to care less about being accommodating and trying to help so I was stuck for 3 days with a 4 year old and a 14 year old and no TV while I tried to get stuff accomplished. The hotel on the hole was dirty and dingy. I travel a lot and have never tried a LaQuinta but I know they have made an effort to rebrand themselves as upscale so I gave it a try. Not only will I never stay at this hotel again, most likely I will never stay at a LaQuinta again due to this experience.

We really enjoyed the breakfast in this hotel. It was diverse. Parking was huge so had no problem with finding a parking spot. Beds were comfortable and the room was huge, so it was perfect to share the room with our friends.
