They provided breakfast

Our shower was clogged, which they tried to fix, but couldn’t completely repair it. Then, when my son was laying on the bed, there was an insect that was wiggling on the top of the bed that I personally had to kill. Our room was eventually switched, but only to a bedroom with a single bed that was sunken in on the right side and our kids had to sleep on a blanket on the floor.

We asked for a disability room on the ground floor and got it. The room was clean and comfortable. We were right across from the laundry, so we were easily given extra towels and a blanket. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The disability bathroom had a walk-in shower with no lip. The water ran all over the bathroom floor. The sink area was too small to hold our cosmetics. No convenient place to hang a hand towel. We were glad the laundry staff were right across the hall to give us extra towels to clean up the water.

The fact that my groups have always been allowed to check in at 1pm even if only one or more rooms are available, Once I had 10 rooms reserved so this worked out great!!!

Nothing that I can think off, each time I have booked guests here they were quite pleased and so am I.
