Very clean. We had a total of three rooms.
A/c needs updating but stayed cool enough.

Breakfast was not great. Toaster took forever and barely toasted. No hot water for oatmeal.

Clean, comfortable. Pet friendly.
The room air conditioner was very loud. Sounded like a washing machine 😳 we were tired and it was late. Just needed rest.

The pool and the accommodations were good
The manager was super rude. Implied that we were going to take things from the room. And the. Did t give us enough time to get our things to get out. Rushed us. And was rude. That was uncalled for. The manager was a black man

there breakfast is really good and very close to everything and a short drive to amazing hiking and the staff where absolutely nothing but helpful and wonderful they lady that was doing breakfast and was working the front desk she make the trip even better I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you check is out too
my only complaint would be the out side key to get in the building was extremely hard to get in you had to sit there and put your card in and out for it to work in the cold

Very friendly staff and always have been every time we stay there. Always friendly staff at this location. They always jump into make sure you have what you need and want.
Hide a bed couch wasn't comfortable at all and that was one of the things we needed.
For the room I choose it was an king executive suite. Would of been better if the hide a bed couch was bigger than a twin size...

Location and price
Room was not swept. Gravel in the carpet. Key card was not programmed for the full stay, but had to be reprogrammed daily.

Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. Nice and accommodating staff.
Hot tub was permanently closed, pool was filthy and full of bugs and hair. I paid one hundred and seventy dollars for one night so the kids could swim and we could relax in the hot tub after a family wedding. There was no mention of the issues with the pool area before or at check in and full high rate being charged.

The color scheme of the rooms. Awful bed linens. The fluorescent lighting. No room service.

I really liked the bathrooms and all the outlets. There were plenty by the bed for everyone to charge there device. The pool was the cleanest in the area. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast but all in all it was one of the better stays in savannah.
