nice location

I had book three rooms at this location. One room sheets was nasty hair was still left in the bed. Housekeeping did not change sheets as promise. Other room tv did not work no one was able to help with that. Spent the whole weekend with no TV in the rooms. Another room sheets was dirty as well housekeeping can clean a little better then what they are doing.

we could hear the people in the next room having a birthday party. they did get quiet at bedtime.

the bathroom is small In the king deluxe room. the water was constantly dripping in the shower. the television was not in front of the bed, it was placed to the side on a dresser. with the desk in front of the bed. made it difficult to watch tv from the bed.

Nothing. Literally not one thing about this hotel was likable.

Nothing was correct in the room. Not a single thing. The couch had been taken out, the cable box would switch off when I turned the light off(seriously it was bad wiring) and the bed was so uncomfortable my husband who has a heart condition couldn't sleep at all and had to be up early due to us attending an event he was working at after we came from 2 hours away. And the fact we were legitimately afraid the room would catch on fire from the bad wiring. Never seen a outlet switch off from turing off a light about 10 feet away. There was also mold in the bathroom and the tiles around the toilet sounded like they weren't secured to the floor underneath. It's appalling that the only thing correct from the pictures on this app was the lobby. That's it. Even the lobby bathrooms smelled strongly of urine before we opened the doors. Wyndham owned hotels used to be nice and luxurious. Now, they're literally the Great Value of hotels. This hotel made me miss Motel 6. At least they're clean and usually better maintained. A hotel like this that has NO REFUNDS in it's description is usually a sign that it is a terrible hotel and they know you'll want a refund the moment you walk into your room. La Quinta will be a memory I'll hope to quickly forget. Even the person in front of us checking out right before we did said her room was terrible. Not a coincidence. What an absolute joke. I give this place zero out of 5 because it isn't worth trying to rate. But I would like to inquire with the city of Mustang's inspector office to get it inspected soon and also the health department since trash was overflowing in every single trash can we could see around the hotel hallways and outside that were still there when we checked out the next morning. Disgusted to say the least.

Location was great. Breakfast - they ran out of gravy by 7:30am & said they wouldn’t have anymore. Unfortunately biscuits & gravy were the only thing there my granddaughter would have eaten

The 1st room we were in had a problem with the heater - it would not go above 65 degrees & it was cold & snowy outside. Moved to a different room & the shower was difficult to get it to work & very little water pressure.
