Breakfast was wonderful. We liked the suite setup with the bedroom separate from the living room area.
Tub faucet leaked and we couldn't shut it off completely.

Very clean. Pleasant location. The check in clerk was so helpful that I sent an email to the manager! My husband stayed in high end Marriott’s when he traveled for work but now is open to these hotels.

Nice pool, water was a little chill but overall ok. Good breakfast selection which was included and location very nice and safe, minutes from Main Street.
A little noisy since our room was on the second level and close to the stairs.

Staff was very nice. Location is good. Culver's relatively close.
The pool area, the water slide had to be shut down due to the chlorine in the air. Both emergency exit doors were propped wide open when it was 30-40 degrees outside making swimming uncomfortable....it was freezing. Staff said the doors were open for safety reasons.
My hotel key card kept demagnetizing when I would put it in my pocket along with my phone. Made it difficult to go back to the front desk to reprogram the key card.
The beds seemed comfortable, but woke up every morning with a terrible back ache.

The location, the pool, the room. Our original room had odor from wet carpet "whirlpool" tub they moved us to a different one that didn't smell! Thank you, it saved the purpose of our stay and trip 😊

When you first walk in the door you get a wonderful welcome but the nicest person you could ever meet in this world! It was professional from start to finish. Clean nice fresh welcoming !

Pricey, I know it's peak traveling season. Television in the room was out dated.

Transportation into town. No convenient uber, taxi or shuttle. Had to eat in on Saturday night. Was given a card for a rental service at the front desk but it was a little sketchy.

The rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub facility was great and we especially enjoyed the wide variety at the continental breakfast each morning. The staff was very pleasant, and fresh cookies were a sweet treat upon arrival. Great location to downtown, just a short 7-minute drive.
Unfortunately we were unable to watch movies in our room and the gym had limited equipment. Adding free weights/dumbbells and/or kettlebells would be a great addition to the gym.

I really enjoyed the large whirlpool and king bed all to myself. I pampered myself. Staff kind and helpful. Interior space was comfortable, attractive and in good condition. Not worn or dirty.
The breakfast mexican burrito?? The eggs. Scrambled would be preferred. I dont even know if eggs were real or powdered? I appreciated that they di have breakfast and other options were available.

Breakfast was good, pool area was great! Water slide, area for little kids to play that is fenced in, spa was warm and felt great to work out sore muscles, and of course a place to swim and play. Rooms were comfortable.
Breakfast could have been better by having more selections to choose from. Would rather have an option for scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, than over easy eggs and sausage patties. The environment was really nice and comfortable. I look forward to going again.

Very nice accommodations, clean room, clean hotel overall. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was filling, family loved the waffles.
No biscuits & gravy. Only 1 real dislike. The "handicap" room should have had a flat, walk in shower. Too high tub step getting into shower.

Room was very clean and everything felt homie. Bed was also comfortable which is usually hard to come by with hotel beds. The location was also great and only 5 minutes from downtown Galena.
Breakfast was mediocre. Some questionable eggs and sausage. A few miscellaneous items, bananas, apples, muffins etc. I would say slightly sub par for a hotel breakfast.

Coffee and eggs ran out. Had to hunt down the staff to refill. Eggs were rubbery, basically non-edible.
