Cleanliness of Restroom and shower area. Needs major rehab and remodel repairs.

The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, and had fridge and microwave. all those make a stay more comfortable. All pluses.

The desk clerk was very gruff, did not make eye contact. He was efficient. However, 5 minutes later, when we were walking back into the hotel, he asked if we had already checked in. As I indicated, he did not make eye contact on check in.

there were two men in the room next to us that arrived to the hotel around 11:30 PM. They talking non stop and it was loud enough to wake me and my wife up. you could here everything through the walls. The 2 men were construction workers. Unfortunately, there was a lot of foul language being shouted and their TV was left on very loud all night, and they were having loud conversations in the hallway. hardly got any sleep, so for this reason, it was not a good stay.

The room itself was very large. The windows in the room opened which came in handy.

The a/c unit sounded like it was going to shake itself out of the wall. While the room was very large, the bathroom was tiny.

Next door restaraunt Fishin' Pig, same owner of hotel, was amazing. Best brisket I ever had.

Room had a view of the hvac system.
