The staff members are very nice and helpful!
The staff members work hard to keep the property clean. Guests just need to be a little more neat and would love if this location offered coffee.

Employees were nice and greeted everyone with a smile. The size of the room was good as well.
I requested a bed set for the pull out and extra towels. I don't know if we have enough towels for that, was the response I received. The room had 2 towels for 6 guest. The free breakfast? Budget coffee and blueberry bananas. I can't even call that a breakfast snack. Location isn't bad. But the whole property is kind of sketchy....

Receptionist Mona was fantastic. The room had a terrible odor until we sprayed fabreeze into the air conditioning. The table was falling apart and buckling in the middle.teenagers outside smoking weed, police were there for fights. We figured out the hard way that people live there permanently. Our experience was terrible! I would not recommend!!!!

The fold out bed was disgusting no blankets had a million crumbs hallway smelled like smoke. Stay somewhere else especially if you can’t stand mold in the bathroom. It was awful we left early

it wasn’t far from where we were going.they bed was clean enough
there were cockroaches in the bathroom. NO blankets on the pull out. when I asked for blankets at 10 o’clock at night I was told to wait 30 minutes and when I went to do the desk they had shift changed and the next lady was rude and said they had none and that she has to check her list first she was very rude and there were no pillows for my kids

Nothing! This place is a dump in a very nice area.
Construction every where, smells of mildew, and wasn't provided the room we paid for.

Card room entry was constantly not working. I booked a room and paid in advance for a queen bed. When we arrived one wasn't available. It was the first time in many years that we slept separately.

my room smelled like mold also the tub was filling with water when I was taking a shower and I saw a roach crawling across the dresser

The bed was comfortable.
No amenities, not very clean and property had a strong, unpleasant odor. Definitely not worth the price.

The location is close to my job about 5 minutes away.

The wifi unless you pay is absolutely terrible. The room smelled and was very old. The receptionist was busy on the phone for 15 minutes dealing with questionable guests but it was for something that couldn't be fixed then, so 4 of us stood there waiting to check in while we were ignored.

The only thing we liked was the front clerk we arrived 1/2 hour early and she gave us the room.
The room was supposed to be none smoking but it did not smell like it. The chest were the tv was on moved alot you could see water damage. Carpet had ripes. Trash cans out side overflowing the stairs were nasty. The middle island had 2 office chairs that were filthy. Plus we had to pay for internet..

Arriving to our room we noticed roaches crawling by the door. Once in the room it smelled very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned very well. The lack of cleanliness is the reason we opted out to stay one more night. The whole place has a gross smell. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this place

Very clean, nice location, well I could say maybe a Lil cheaper during the weekdays.. other then that it's great.

Outside looked nice
Room was overall dirty, bathroom had used soap still by sink, carpet was definitely not vacuumed , ac did not work well, advertised breakfast, but only coffee , oatmeal and muffins. Overall pretty ghetto, definitely not worth the money.
