the outside of the room looks like a mediocre motel, need a lot of renovation. clearly not worth the prize.

Great location near Lucille Packard Children's Hospital where I needed to be most of the trip.

Only complaint is the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers were completely empty

There were ants in the room, construction right above and it is SO LOUD since it right on el camino. The traffic is disruptively loud, bed was not comfy. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in.

The staff were great

They were repairing a roof in front of my room and was hammering well after 6 pm. In the morning they were power washing the handicap parking were my car was so it was unsafe for me to walk on the slippery pavement.
