Our room and the hotel in general were tidy with modern furnishings. Staff was friendly, informative, and attentive.

I felt like the overall cost per night was higher than it should have been. The parking lot could stand to have the parking lines repainted.

Location

Check in went fine or so we thought, we put our stuff in our room and then went to Wylie park but when we came back just a few hours later we had been locked our of our room and the front desk clerk was confused- keep in kind it was the same person. So I had to explain again that I had reserved two rooms - one for my family and one for my inlays and then she said she put us in wrong room but that we would stay where we were... Ahhhhh Pool was kinda disappointing and boring and the staff couldnt get the one and only fun thing in the pool to work (umbrella that sprayed water out like a sprinkler) so we had to fix it for them. Our rooms were ok- the beds were short and very squeaky like they had been used for a long long time, the fans in the rooms were so loud they would wake you up if you happened to fall asleep and if that wasn't enough to stop you from resting the fire alarm light was right above our bed so it was almost impossible to get any sleep with it flashing in your eyes all night. We had a toaster in our room but when we plugged it in it starting smoking so we took it to front desk and never got a replacement.

It was a good breakfast, but I always like to have sweet rolls as well.
