Everything! I will not stay anywhere else in Huntsville from now on! Check in was awesome! I love that they're pet friendly. Nice lake view from our room! Huge room!
Cicadas 😆 but it was kind of neat to hear them. I'm being funny. I loved everything about this stay.

The front desk employee was wonderful. She had a great personality
The people next door were loud,slamming doors and talking loud. Our room was evidently one with an adjacent room for kids

The gentleman that helped with breakfast was very cordial. Breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable, location is excellent. I will be staying again.
That i was put on the 4th floor despite my request to be on the main floor.

No room service everyday. Traveling with children for more than a day, in one room makes it difficult to have a good stay and keep a clean and comfy room. We had been told soon arrival we could request room service and they would do the basics such as clean the bathroom and make the beds. We had requested it on our second day and the staff wasn’t so nice but said she’d make it happen. Nobody ever came:( my only other complaint was breakfast. Paying as much as we did and for breakfast to barley have any hot food the entire stay was a downer. But the overall experience was great! That was the only two complaints our whole trip.

Great location! Erica at the front desk was awesome, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Our room was very spacious and clean. We loved the lake and the waste bags for dogs, a very nice dog friendly location.
The pillows on the bed were very flat with no support, the bed was average. Overall it wasn’t very comfortable.

charged 75.00 extra dollars for a small gig fir one night. even though it should have been included already when we booked. blood found on one of our bed sheets. all beds seemed remade and not fresh or clean….

The breakfast situation was not good.
The one employee that was putting out food and refilling empty items couldn’t keep up no matter how hard she tried. No one would assist her at all.
The juice machine was not working correctly.
No one cleaned the tables in between guests. Manager should have stepped in and had provided more employees to assist this person to help with breakfast. The choices we few and my family ended up having to get breakfast somewhere else

it was situated in a good spot and had a nice view of a pond
The breakfast could have been better, and there were better food options on the weekday rather then the weekend

The rooms are OK. The service personnel was very friendly.
The breakfast is not that sufficient. Every day there is same offerings. I am afraid of all these plastic dishes. There should be a change in the near future.
