Everything!!! The staff were really great, all of them. Great location, close to the train stations is a plus!!! Breakfast saved our mornings.

La posizione, comoda di fronte a Penn Station. La grandezza della stanza, letto comodo, colazione abbastanza varia e inclusa nel prezzo.

Sicuramente c’è una non curanza del cliente in generale. La prima notte l’abbiamo passata in bianco perché il sistema di riscaldamento che era difettoso ogni ora faceva un rumore impossibile. Il giorno dopo ci cambiano stanza. L’ultima notte l’abbiamo passata completamente in bianco per un guasto (un tubo rotto al 17 piano che ha fatto colare l’acqua fino al piano terra) che non hanno saputo gestire , ci hanno fatto stare tutti nella hall fini alle 3 del mattino senza sapere cosa fare… noi il giorno dopo avevamo il volo di rientro ed eravamo distrutti. Inoltre non abbiamo nemmeno potuto fare colazione perché la sala era inagibile. E se ne sono altamente fregati e neanche ci hanno rimborsato il costo della notte, ripeto passata in bianco. Questo basta per rovinare il soggiorno.

We didn’t like the property at all , from the arrival to the minute we left , very disappointed

The list is big ! Very noisy lift so no sleep ! Bathroom run down , terrible breakfast! No coffee no orange juice , you have to ask and feel terrible to ask !!! 1 lift in 3 working ! Everyone was so annoyed , we got lock out of our room for two hours before a guy arrive to open the door lock and change batteries , really we are very simple people and don’t ask for much ! But our New York visit was shadow by it

Nous avions réservé (et payé!) 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. A notre arrivée, nous apprenons que notre réservation a tout simplement été annulée et qu’ils nous envoient dans un autre hôtel d’un standing nettement inférieur, sans compensation financière, et que pour 1 nuit. On nous dit qu’il est possible que l’on doive changer d’hôtel tous les soirs. 0 fiabilité. Cela a généré énormément de stress de ne pas savoir où nous allions dormir les nuits et cela a bouleversé notre organisation.

In generale un buon soggiorno, lo risceglierei soprattutto per l’ottima posizione! Soggiornato in camera King al 16esimo piano con vista sul lato posteriore della struttura quindi silenziosa. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, letto molto comodo e bagno con ampia doccia. Colazione inclusa, per noi amanti del salato è stata soddisfacente. Il personale gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con la carta di credito e siamo stati messi a nostro agio, anzi, invitati a non preoccuparci e a goderci il soggiorno che una soluzione si sarebbe trovata. Pulizia della stanza a giorni alterni, per noi assolutamente accettabile.

L’unico neo è stato in alcuni giorni/orari la lentezza degli ascensori, essendocene uno dei tre guasto a volte l’attesa è stata davvero troppo lunga

It is near Pen station. Location is good! Scenery from the roof deck was beautiful !

I ordered the room with bus tub. But the tub stopper was hard to difficult to close. The room was large and clean but the equipment was old. Also there was no kettle. And the breakfast was not so good.

The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent, as we took AMTRAK from Moynihan hall across the street.

Everything was great. The price was a little higher than expected.

The location is the best part. Across the street from the train station, a few blocks from the Empire State Building, and near Madison Square Garden and Hammerstein Ballroom

The staff wasn’t that great. We were suppose to check in at 4, we did but didn’t get our room till 5. The rooftop lounge was closed even tho it said it was open. Breakfast was gross. Our sheets had multiple stains on them.

Posizione perfetta per girare a manhattan, sia a piedi che con la metro. A due passi da time square zona molto tranquilla con di fronte il madison square garden.Per gli appassionati di fotografia e video come me c'è il paradiso, B&H, il negozio di attrezzatura fotografica più famoso al mondo(da impazzire)Colazione buona che predilige cibi salati, per gli amanti dei dolci c'è pochissima scelta. Stanza bella spaziosa per 2 persone e pulizie fatte ogni 2 giorni.

In definitiva non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, forse potrebbero variare un pò la colazione, ma anche così non è male.

Never been to a 4 star hotel where they clean your room and hence change towels every other day. I was expecting a daily service. The cleanliness was not great. Also breakfast was pretty poor: very little fruit and no choice of healthy cereals. After 5 days my body was craving healthy food!
