The property was very close to shopping and food. There was no noise coming from other rooms which is not always the case when staying in a hotel room. The staff was amicable. The young man fixed the room, which was a king handicap accessible downstairs when the system tried to place us upstairs since we both have knee and back problems. The bathroom was perfect. The bed was super comfortable.
The lamps were missing bulbs in two of the lamps. The small pillows were horrible. There was no comfortable chair to sit in. My spouse actually fell out of the rolling chair when he sat in it. There was no channel guide for the tv. Also, there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. No breakfast although it was advertised in the listing. Yes, I understand covid precautions, but if restaurants are dining in, this should not be an issue for hotels.

Nothing the place was dirty and horrible
The place looked abandoned and disgusting the place was. Another of drugies also. Black mold in room also and my son has been coughing since

Check-in was quick.
- Wifi doesn't work.
- Had someone banging repeatedly on my door at 5am. Not surprising given all the people staggering around drunk at all hours.
- Cigarette burns all over the counters, bathtub, sheets, everywhere.
- They sold rooms with breakfast included and conveniently "ran out of food yesterday" without telling anybody. Even after running out, they still told me what time they were serving breakfast. What were they planning on serving, air? (false advertising but nobody will take them to court for this so they'll keep doing it).

The only good thing was the location. Restaurants in walking distance.

It was a nice hotel.
I checked out 3 hours after check out and still got charged for a full day. I reached out for management and never got a response. So basically I got charged 80 dollars for 3 hours.

It was clean.
I had no iron , had to call for one, door was not sealed I can see out of it. And the dresser draw was broken, chair was very dirty. Ac vent cracked up badly. Microwave was very rusty and damaged.

Lady front desk super friendly and helpful with late checkin. Place was super clean.
It wasnt that I didnt like it ...place a little dated and we over slept our breakfast. I would stay there again. Even though on main road and next to a dollar general it was safe and quiet.

It was convenient on my way to Panama City. It was cleaned. The vinyl floor in my room need some work. In some areas floats.

Very good location. Easy access
There was Limited parking spaces. We had to park on the opposite side of the building from our room. The room was not clean. The bathroom had all kind of hair on the floor from previous occupants. We had a smokeless room.( neither one of us smoke. ) Yet the comforter/blanket reeked of cigarette smoke. It smelled so dirty. I could not sleep because the bed clothes smelled so bad. Plus the mattress had a sunk in place in the center of the bed. Both my husband and I had to try and sleep on the outer edges of the bed. Just was not a good experience for either one of us.

Parking lot is tight and could tell people had backed into the concrete wall.
The girls at the desk were very friendly.
The parking was tight. No water pressure. Could see light under the fron door and that allows bugs in the room.
