The second morning breakfast no waffles mix no juice one of the room had roaches bad pillows televisions needs updates shower not very clean.

Check in was quick. The front desk was courteous and friendly. The house keeper was friendly. We asked housekeeping for replacing the stained pillowcases and asked for pillow protectors. The breakfast was fine. You had a variety of food to choose from. The waffles were delicious as well as sausages and eggs served!
There were a lot of noise at night such as people playing loud music, drinking and coming inside the building drunk. They had people smoking in the hallway IN NON SMOKING rooms. This probably caused the fire alarm to go off at night and causing everyone to evacuate the building immediately. The linen had hairs and had some stains. The hairs should have been removed if linen was cleaned perhaps by using a sticky brush. The pillows were dirty and stained and the dirt and smell was released into the pillow covers. The pillows were all smushed up in the center of the bed. They were doubled folded inside the pillow case. I have never seen pillows displayed that way. The pillows did not have pillow protectors. The bathroom floors were dirty, toilet had stains around the rim and the tub was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty too. Plastic utensils should have been wrapped for sanitary purpose and the utensils available were placed so that when you pull them out of the upright container,you touched the tines of the forks,the spoon ,and knives. They should have been placed so that the handles were up in the container. We asked housekeeping for replacing the stained pillowcases and asked for pillow protectors as well as towels and washcloths. We received only bath towels and pillowcases as they do not have pillow protectors for their pillows.

They double charged me for town fee. I tried to tell the lady at checking i had already paid and she insisted I had not and made me pay again

Location was close to our ball tournament. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Orange juice was good.
Breakfast choices could have been better. Breakfast needed some fruit like bananas. It also needed to keep the syrup refilled.
