the water isn’t very hot , dirty towels were left behind, the heat didn’t work

The bed was comfortable, that’s about it

Breakfast, bathroom, cleanliness, place was very sketchy and made us all uncomfortable and honestly scared to sleep there. We had to give them $100 for a fee that we got back at the end AFTER they checked our room (left the check out desk to go check our room). My dad was not happy about that at all. Will not stay here again for sure! Room also smelled like smoke and the towels did as well. It was not pleasant.

my bathroom had pee in the toilet bathroom wasn’t clean and all the lady said at the front desk was she gone make a note didn’t give me another room or nothing

Cracked walls in the bathroom. Afraid to use the shower.

I needed a place to stay to sleep and shower, basic needs were met so can't complain too much. Rating is based on normal business travel in 2-3 star hotels. All the people were friendly when I communicated with them (I appreciated them being there).

Uncontrolled and unchecked loud outside music and partying kept me awake. Room was semi- clean with dirty areas. Carpet and bedding seemed worn, bathroom tile needed [pressure] cleaning.

It was comfortable especially the bed I slept amazing on it. The staff was extremely friendly

The only complaint I really have is that there’s not really my phone signal so I have to be in certain spots to send a message or anything
