Old dated stained sheets bedding curtains ect... shower handel was broken ..

The room was very clean and comfy, the staff was awesome. I love coming here

The staff was nice, helpful and Friendly. The room was clean and decent for the price.

The room had a smell of mildew. The room was clean but you can tell there was some water damage prior to my stay. The door needed to be fixed because it did not close without having to pull hard to shut.

Breakfast was great. Location was good. Very quiet.

Very dirty, bugs in room. really shady people hanging around pacing back and forth outside, begging for money and Wi-Fi password. beds are not queens , in fact they are not even full size. I would call them super twins. sheets and bedding was stained and had holes all in it. No elevator. carpet felt gross had to wear shoes the whole time. very unhappy for having to pay this much for a room that was so disgusting. thankfully we only needed to sleep for a few hours as we didn’t get In until 4:30am and had turn around leave by 10:30.

After showering, water began pouring out of the exhaust fan flooding the bathroom floor rendering the bathroom unusual. Also, the unpleasant smell of cheap disinfectant everywhere was almost overwhelming.

The milk was spoiled for the cereal. The staff's attitude was not acceptable. She pretended to change it, but it was the same according to another guest.

The smell was very bad. We decided it is the filthy rug that needed to be cleaned. I slept in a mask the scent was so bad. Sorry we didn't ask for another room. Thought the air conditioning would make a change.

The Room had mildew bed skirt around it our rooms smelled like mildew the front desk lady tried to spray a little but it didn’t help at had a suite and it didn’t have a Refrigerator no towels a broken chair at the table the couch was extremely dirty I asked for the manager and she never came I was told to call choices an complain
