The room was dirty, no shower head, the tv and phone didn’t work. When we asked for a new room, we were given a room that was dirty, no bed linens or comforter, dirty towels in the floor and to top it off the light switch didn’t work. We had to use the light from the bathroom. I’m waiting for a refund.

Nice clean hotel. Easy access to interstate and downtown.

Swimming pool was not open as advertised. One staff member was very helpful, but the other one didn't seem to care.

The location was good. Not far from the arena where our concert was. The neighborhood seemed to be good.

Lots of false advertisement. First, it advertised that Check-In was 2:00pm but when we got there, we were told Check-In was at 3:00pm and we had to pay a $10 fee to check-in early so we didn’t have to wait in our car for an hour. There was also no free hot breakfast, like was advertised. The room was OK- but both handles on the bathroom door were broken off, so it was a challenge to get in and out of the bathroom. Also, there was very little light in the room and bathroom. Not bad for a 1 night stay, when we were basically only there to shower and sleep, but probably wouldn’t pick this hotel again. It definitely was not worth the $100 we paid.
