In was noisy. Did like breakfast. No eggs or sausages.

Property was quiet and clean. Conveniently located off the 10

Thief. You can’t tell me the cleaning ladies cannot see a big battery with a long charging cord on the dresser next to the bed. There is no way. Wish they would turn it in and be honest. I use to work at hotels and they would lie and keep what’s worth keeping rather than turn it in.

It was clean and the staff was nice.

Very small towels for pool and shower. One towel hung in our room was dirty.

Clean room, I feel safe and breakfast was simple but good and better than nothing at all.

I will put signs in the room's door saying "do not slammed the door" just as a way to respect the people that are still sleeping in the morning. It was like 6am and some guys leaving for work were slamming doors like if it was mid day. Not hotel's fault!

There was only one really pleasant member of staff .. a young lady (Sorry .. but, didn’t catch her name) .. with arm sleeve tattoos and facial piercings. She had a lovely welcoming attitude, always said hi / hello when we came in .. It helped that she lived near to / had friends working at the skydiving centre at Eloy). She was helpful .. knowledgeable of the area (Casa Grande ruins / Tombstone etc) .. made recommendations .. She is an asset to your hotel. The other helpful person was the very young cleaning girl .. who was clearing up after breakfast. The painter, pool and general and maintenance men were also polite / helpful and welcoming when we passed them whilst they were undertaking their tasks. Disappointed with quality of room and staff I had to remake the bed .. not the sheets / bedding .. But the actual bed !! The metal base of the bed was not flush up against the wall .. but, the divan had been placed on the metal base so that the metal base protruded out from under the divan . both my partner and I stubbed our toes on the base before I investigated further and saw what was causing the problem The wall between bathroom and bed had recently been repaired .. so it is clear that the bed had been removed / disassembled to permit work to be completed. BUT, it hadn’t been put back together properly again .. The floor of the room was not just dirty .. it was FILTHY DIRTY .. I walked barefoot across seemingly clean laminate flooring .. on evening of arrival .. and the sole of my foot .. was black .. covered with dirt and filth from the floor. Next morning, I requested the housekeeping staff to clean it. When we returned later I wiped the floor with a tissue, which turned black again .. I had to request a re-clean the following morning .. and the head of housekeeping did not appear happy .. (with me the client !! .. for complaining .. ) she replied that she had personally supervised the cleaning ..

I had to request the male check-on desk clerk to reset the safety security deposit box in rom .. as it had been left open but with the locking bolts out .. ie: it was unusable. I requested a reset .. which the male member of staff did .. but the safety box failed to re-open with my set pin .. and he had to re-open it again, with the phone app he was using. This happened several times .. I asked that he could either change the batteries or arrange for the door of the safety deposit box itself to be changed the next day, so that we could use it. He didn’t appear to be too interested or concerned and almost 'amused' at my request. However, the following morning he stated that the manager had said that they were discontinuing the use of the safety deposit safe in the rooms Overall, the customer facing attitude of this long haired (male) member of staff was not welcoming. When asked about the local area, he said that he didn’t know anything .. restaurants, sightseeing attractions etc. He was totally uninterested and/or totally ignorant. Several times when we arrived back in the hotel, he failed to welcome us or say hello. He appearing to be more interested in listening to music / watching movies /games on his mobile phone Despite requesting a daily clean for each day of our stay, one day was missed (Monday) and we had to re-request a daily clean before we left for the day on Tuesday morning. On the last daily clean (Friday) we received 2 bath towels .. neither of which we could use because one was dirty / unwashed (muddy handprints!!) and the other had holes in it and was surrounded by a yellow stain. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! NOT !! There appears to be no mandatory deep clean of the floor between clients. And no check of the quality of the bed-making .. our bottom fitted sheet had been fitted inside out / seams showing. Other staff didn’t understand / couldn’t speak English ..

Estaba muy limpio, el cuarto que nos dieron olía rico, no como otros hoteles que entras al cuarto y huelen feo, este no tenía desodorante pero olía muy rico, el baño estaba muy limpio y no tuve problemas con nada en el baño, la ropa de cama estaba muy limpia, solo usamos este cuarto para dormir y fue la primera vez que no podíamos levantarnos de lo cómodos que estuvimos😜, no escuchamos ruido por la mañana, estuvo genial incluso el desayuno fue algo confortable, no exijo un desayuno de lujo por el precio que pague y más que fue gratis (el precio incluyo desayuno), así que solo es cuestión de levantarte a las 7 para desayunar si así lo deseas, el parqueadero casi se llena por las noches, no estoy segura per creo tienen 1 parqueadero por cuarto, solo quedaba el nuestro cuando llegamos para dormir 😅 peroo,,,,LO RECOMIENDO😉.

Por qué no agregan huevos al desayuno? Con esto estaría de maravilla el menú. Quise rentar un cuarto con dos camas y un sofá cama y nunca mire la opción de sofá cama.🤔

Breakfast was basic but good. Very clean, housekeeping work very hard and were happy n friendly. Good sized room with comfy bed. The pool was perfect temperature and clean. Maintenance guy kept the areas cleann tidy. It could use some plant or flower features as very bland looking. We would stay here again.

The outside of the building could do with a face lift as at first appearance I was apprehensive to what the inside would be like.....pleased go say pleasantly relieved

The breakfast in the morning was pretty decent and the water pressure was amazing.

The rooms had an odor, I had to get a candle to cover the unpleasant scent. They closed the pool due to a the handicapped lift malfunctioning. No one handicapped was even at the property, totally needless. The toiletries were too small and couldn’t help an infant. Overall, I have stayed hundred of hotels this was not good. The location felt scary, there were hoodlums everywhere next door.

The location is great. The outside and inside were clean.

Didn’t have an elevator, our room was on the second floor, and I have a bad knee, it made it a little hard to go up and down the stairs.

The beds were very comfortable the rooms were clean the staff were very nice and accommodating, we had an issue with our room at first due to a AC not working properly but we informed the staff and they moved us promptly, the staff was a 10/10

The breakfast was great, with similar items that I eat at home. I also liked the desk personnel. Both people I talked to were cordial and willing to drop their work to talk to me a bit.

This was probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve been to. it was quiet, had great WiFi & the staff was helpful.

It was ok to start the day and activities.

Everything was great, I can't say anything else because my day started at 3:00 am getting ready to take care of business.

We had a really nice stay. The room was clean and our beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again.

The included breakfast and the workout room.

There was a bag of trash stashed behind a chair that the housekeeping missed.
