Extrem dreckig. Die ekligsten Duschen und Teppiche die wir je in einem Hotelzimmer hatten. Alte BadeSchuhe und Kaffeebecher unter einem Bett.. Terrassentür defekt.. Leider wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

入住地下室邊間，內側暗鎖已經被破壞過了無法上鎖，廁所是三角形規格地板還會嚴重積水，水槽水流很慢也會積水，門對停車場整片玻璃吵雜且感受不安全，基本上就是沒住過這麼奇怪的地方。

Schöner Blick vom Balkon (Zimmer 105)auf den Golfplatz und Glen Canyon Dam. Größerer Pool mit Liegen. Frühstück ganz okay, wie man es von Holiday Inn kennt,es gibt schlechtere.

Beim ersten Zimmer blätterte die Farbe von der Wand im Badezimmer.( Wasserschaden) Dunkles Zimmer im EG. Müll vor der Terrasse (leere Dosen und Flaschen).Eine Renovierung wäre dringend erforderlich und eine freundliche Farbgebung (momentan dunkler Teppich und braune Wände).Der Abfluss hatte auch keine richtige Lust, seinen Job zu machen. Nach Reklamation bei der Rezeption bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Aber gleiches abgewohntes Mobiliar u. dunkle Farben.

Salle de bain plus que défraîchie , mériterait d être complètement refaite (peinture arrachée, baignoire jaunâtre d usure, pas de bouchon pr la remplir) Très mauvaise isolation Piscine pas nettoyée L hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement non négligeable Déçue du rapport qualité prix - je m attendais à autre chose en payant ce prix là

The only positive about this hotel was the view IF you got a room on the side facing the canyon.

Room cards kept deactivating, carpet was stained, the refused to give you pillows. No hot water, the AC would not cool the room at all! The door had huge gaps on the bottom and top of the door due to it being on incorrectly letting all the air out. The security latch was stuck and wasn’t usable, they didn’t have any privacy signs to hang on the door. The staff at counter/check in was incredibly rude and not helpful.

I have 2 stars because of the back view.

I will never stay here again. Our water was cold so after a long days hike my family & I had to take cold showers. Literally cold showers. Our beds were broken: my moms bed was twisted and dipped so one side was higher and the other side was lower and my bed dipped bad in the middle so when we slept we were trapped in the middle. We couldn’t move to the outside. The rooms were so hot and stuffy! We had the room a.c set and even set down to 60’ at one point but it didn’t help. I ended up with a bloody nose. It was all-in-all 2 horrible nights of trying to sleep!

Location and nice view from room if you get Mountain View room

Breakfast did not have meat. Hot water disappears when it’s busy time. Room could be cleaner

We didn’t get a ‘room with a view’ - but you get what you pay for, a view of the car park. Breakfast was a very poor selection

a) The hot water supply was very very poor. There was no hor water after dinner and only warm water by midnight. In fact, the "hot water" supplied was only warm enough for bathing, you have no need to open the cold water. Staff replied due to full booking. This means the hotel does not equipped with a sufficient hot water supply system. This is unacceptable. b) The breakfast provided very limited variety of food. Have you ever seen customers need to bring their own food for their breakfast.....

立地がとてもいい。また基本的に清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができた。朝食にセルフでワッフルを焼くことができたが、サクサクでとても美味しかった。

シャワーのお湯がぬるい、エレベーターがないので2階だと荷物の上げ下ろしが少し大変。

Best breakfast in town

Bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Close to town, it's a good location.

The drainage was no good and often had water build up. Was not isolated to one spot too, happened in the bathtub, the bathroom sink and the toilet as well. Pretty gross.

Fire alarm had been removed from our room. Patio door would not open. Bath drainage very slow (blocked drain). Property needs some maintenance .

Alles da.Kaffee in der Lobby-Kühlschrank-Frühstück auch ok-nichts besonderes aber reicht.Reinigung des Zimmers gibt es nicht-aber auch ok

Location

Very old hotel. Needs a big make-over. No personnel around. No personnel for early check in (our room was ready). We were simply told that we should come back in two hours.Not even the willingness to get the “paperwork” already out of the way. When we came back there was a line of 20 m with people waiting to check in but only two ladies who didn’t hurry up and were speaking spanish among each other (clearly about a guest who was complaining). We were told there was no service because of a shortage of staff. We stayed two nights and our room/beds were not made. Breakfast closed early (09:00 am) and the breakfast buffet closed 10 min before that (sorry sir, no serve). We definitively will never come back. Pitty because the location is great.

The wow factor when entering the room was real!!!! And the pool was fun!

Shower curtain rod was broken and the tub is plugged. It is very slow draining. Otherwise good.
