location worked for our itinerary.
The room (# 219) was called a "presidential suite". very strange, room configuration. Quite outdated. Translucent glass block wall between bathroom and bedroom. Very loud air conditioning system, and poor sound cancelling between rooms. The Wi-Fi was spotty., went on and off constantly--- and would only re-connect by going out in the hallway. The front desk clerk explained that the hotel was "sold out" so therefore WI=Fi was affected, so, basically, "too bad".. The TV was connected by a very cumbersome satellite feed. NO ice machine available except on the 4th floor. The king bed had a series of square pillows-- not normal pillows. very odd. The included breakfast was about what you'd expect for free. Coffee was ok. Safe to say, we would be careful before choosing Comfort Suites again.

Very nice rooms, great travel location, extremely clean.
Our toilet kept breaking, the tub would clog, the shower head kept slipping down, the jacuzzi had ZERO jet power. We told staff several times about this and it was never fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and location was very convenient for the reason we were there. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I felt like I was staying at the Hilton. For the price of the hotel, we managed to do more than anticipated. Very reasonably priced. The next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying again.

The breakfast y coffee excellent. Both girls at front desk amazing. They were helpful after traveling and tired very important that you get treated like you are family. Our room very tidy and cool. We rested well and rooms very clean.
Don’t have any dislikes just as long as your prices let us be able to afford your prices now and then. That you are able to get the price low at time to time. That way I can book more often. I am afraid your hotel is the only one I will stay at.

good breakfast, great staff and good location near shopping centers and restaurants.
shower tub water was mot draining , so when showering water would almost get half way tub , I personally hate that , only stayed one night.

Desk staff was patient and very clear about processing our reservations. The food was MUCH better than expected and kitchen staff was fast, cleaned well and kept the food stocked.
I didn't like having to leave and I didn't like the price for a suite with two beds

Loved the location! It's conveniently close to the Glendale arena.
The suite, set up for a large family or group of friends, only has one bathroom.

Breakfast was great. Location was awesome. Cleanliness and size of the suite was surprisingly awesome!
Coffee could definitely be better. While the coffee machine, along with the variety, is a great concept, the quality is terrible. Bold is watered down. Location was great but a little noisy b/c of the freeway, but worth it.
