Couldn't get a refund. Your sight showed pool and spa. Neither was provided out of service. No water at arrival time. Would not give refund on reservations.

What I was shown before booking was not accomodated. No pool and all water was turned off. Could not get a refund.

Staff was rude and could have been more accomodating.

We arrived late at night, the parking lot was well lit, clean, we felt safe walking in the parking lot at night. We checked in, the staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. Room space was plenty for us (three adults) beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It had a small fridge and microwave. There is a 24 hour AM/PM across the street, we got bottled water and other items, the area around the hotel and the mini market was clean, and well lit. Breakfast was good, they had eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins, waffles, and a good juice selection. Overall, we had a good experience, and we will stay here again.

Freeway and train tracks are in front of the hotel, a few loud trains and many noisy semi trucks were going by throughout the night, I am a light sleeper, so I kept waking up during the night. Our room was facing the freeway and train tracks, ask for a room facing the opposite direction, maybe the noise levels will be lower.

The front desk Jaime is a wonderful gentleman.

I believe they can update their rooms, tv and bathroom. I wasn’t too happy that we couldn’t get more towels!! we had to take the use towels to the lobby to exchange.

they didn’t clean everyday then only cleaned every 4 to 5 days and you had to ask to have your room cleaned and they got upset if you asked for them to clean the room

it was good.

other guest arguing outside our door in hallway was disruptive. but front desk clerk handled it although he was alone.

only one entrance wich is cool, quiet place and organized.

they charge you 150 dollars as deposit on your card but at the moments i haven’t got it back. called multiple times but they don’t answer the phone.

Overall good customer service, location was descent. Not too shecky.

First room we were given: TV not working, had no frig. Second room we were accommodated had a working TV, frig, heater/cooling thermometer. However, we found some bed bugs crawling. You get what you pay for I guess.

Convenient location leaving Yosemite late afternoon.

The shower cooled down too quickly, not enough hot water. The breakfast is pretty poor. The Inn advertises for pool and hot tub but both were out of order for the season.

They charge my charge my card 150.00 for every day I stay there I stay three total of 450.00 just like booking charge my card for 5 days I only stay three.day

The staff was great. Clean room, and great area to stay at because it’s by the freeway.
