Friendly owners. Check in and out through outside window. Office always locked. Thought it was a bit off as i was put in an upstairs room. Only 2 downstairs rooms were occupied. Updated bathroom and bed. Plenty of on demand hot water and above average water pressure. I will definitely be returning to stay here.

the manager found us an upstairs room at the last second, which we very much appreciated given the motel's location right on Highway 101

previous guest(s?) clearly did not respect that this was a non-smoking room, so much so that both my wife and I were redolent of stale cigarette smoke the rest of the day, but I'm not sure the motel can be held to account for that

Driving thru Eureka, booked a room at this "Inn" for my DISABLED WIFE. When she arrived the woman at the counter was exceptionally RUDE, told my wife her room was upstairs - whereupon my wife requested a downstairs room - NO was the answer - WITH NO ADDITIONAL CARS/GUESTS IN THE PARKING LOT. These "Managers" apparently have certain rooms they use (which are SHABBY AND DIRTY) constantly, so they can keep the other rooms in good shape for their 'special' guests - probably friends and/or family, and deny DISABLED GUESTS alternate and accessible rooms on the 1st floor. WE DID NOT STAY - WE WERE TOLD WE WEREN'T GOING TO BE CHARGED - AND WERE CHARGED $90 (full price) ANYWAY?

This establishments' management knows they will charge guests irregardless of providing adequate - accessible and CLEAN rooms - only taking advantage of people who need lodging with their SUB PAR UNETHICAL INNKEEPER PRACTICES. Booking.com was NO HELP in any way, and this Property received $90 for **NOTHING**

For the first week it was great. Staff was friendly and there were no issues

I was late paying the room by…. 30 minutes and was told I couldn’t extend… kind of heartless being that I was living there technically with everything i owned there…

Not a lot to like. It was a grubby room. Bathroom was OK.

The room could have done with a deep clean although the bathroom was clean
