The manager made scrambled eggs for me because I couldn't eat the omlets because of the salt.. She went above and beyond. There were always plates of cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was great !

I would have liked a recliner in the room.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay as we typically stay in Marriotts and Hiltons. We stayed at Hampton Inn on the way to Mt. Shasta and here at Comfort Suites on the way from. Honestly, it’s much much better than Hampton Inn and cheaper too. Breakfast was good with all the necessities from oatmeal to hot items to carbs and dairy and a waffle station. AC was good and strategically located in a room not to blow directly but to the side and still cool the room. Room itself is probably double the size of Hampton Inn with a sitting area, work area and kitchen area. They even do room service in comparison to other hotels who stopped it since Covid times and never returned unless you stay like a week or something like that. Snacks throughout the day refilled so as chilled water in a lobby. Pool is clean. Fitness center is small but it’s there and available. 1 hr drive to Lassen SW entrance. 30 min to Redding. Not only we will stay here again, we will now try to stay at other Comfort Suites nationwide. I always ignored it on my search because I thought they are a class lower even from Hamptons and BW but much better stay than the other ones.

The only negative I can say is wifi is not good. My husband is an IT and had to work remotely. He really struggled. Had to go to Starbucks to use internet.

Fantastic staff. Very nice clean room. Lots of space and the bed was the comfiest we had on our trip. We arrived on Wednesday night wine night and were served a glass of wine and taquitos . Just what we needed after a long day on the road.

The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The location was convenient to the freeway but not right next to it. The check-in person was very helpful. And one of the keys she gave us had a list of recommended restaurants which was very helpful. And there are free cookies!

Easy check-in, friendly and accommodating staff, good bed and a nice breakfast. Quiet even in the pet friendly section. Not fancy, but comfortable.

Very easy check-in and overall a very comfortable and well equipped room. Quiet even in the pet guest area, really comfortable bed, and a very tasty breakfast.

A bit dark in the room, especially after the sun went down. We had luke warm water for morning showers.

Seemed like a sketchy area with homeless people begging by the McDonalds watching people come and go from the location.

The room had plenty of space and great staff.

Good food was hot and plentiful.

Sink didn't have a stopper dropped a tooth brush head and it went down the drain.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful. Pool was enjoyable and room was comfortable and cool during very hot wether.

The beds were hard and not comfortable. I expected a higher quality mattress for the price. The view was the worst of all of my hotel stays.

Breakfast was wonderful, location was great. It’s a very nice motel even with the construction going on. I loved they had coffee and juice with snacks going on all day. That was a nice treat, the employees were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The cleaning staff woke us up early every morning, while getting ready to do their job. They were very loud, talking , and laughing getting their carts ready. I guess my room was next to the cleaning supply room. I not complaining, just stating that I would of liked to have slept in a little more. I must say the carpet in my room was not all that clean. My stay overall was wonderful.

The beds are too firm, I have a back full of knots. Front desk staff hids behind the wall and makes you wait before they come out to greet you. They're friendly when they do, place was clean, even while under outside construction. Their maintenance painted the bathroom tub and it was tacky, everything that touched it, stuck to it. Looks like they had a black mold problem where the shower surround met the tub, and they just caulked over it. woke up to the room howling, because the staff had left the window open about 3 inches and it started storming and created a vacuum in the room.

The staff was friendly when they interact with you, place was clean while under outside construction.

We stay here often on our way to and from California . It is clean, great people, good breakfast and a reasonable price. Our first choice.
