Nothing….. we booked by mistake as we thought we were booking San Bernadino. We rang the accommodation straight away but the lady who answered was very unhelpful and hung up on us. So, we paid for a night that she knew we would not use. Dreadful customer service….

That no one was willing to work with us when we rang… they knew we had booked by mistake and we rang as soon as we realised…. we did then stay in Rodeway in San Bernadino which is where we thought we were booking.

Greeted with friendliness as well as professionalism. Helpful and caring. Room was recently updated and very clean. Air-conditioning was in good working order - something we really appreciated in Barstow.

Everything met/exceeded expectations.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt safe parking and being inside their "courtyard" parking lot. They had laundry, breakfast, fridge and microwave. It was very clean and quiet. The room was modern and soothing in decor.

Very old hotel, very hot in the rooms, ACs are very noisy, you won't get any sleep.Hindu owner was very unpleasant in tge morning, she ignored my complains

Very old hotel, then we arrived at night and checked, it was super hot in room, above 100F or 43C! AC was not turned on, when we turned it on, it was making very loud noises, we didn't sleep all not,because of heat in the room and that ols noisy ac, stay away!

Breakfast was great. Nice choices. Fresh eggs and omelets.

Not a lot of choices for breakfast. The owner was SUPER nice and helpful! She even helped me carry luggage to our room. Never had that happen before!! She made us feel very welcome. We didn't realize that there wasn't parking for a pickup truck and Uhaul trailer until after we got there, but she helped us make it work.

The parking situation. The facilities seemed older, but they were clean.

We booked the room based on all the good reviews and we were not disappointed. The room was clean. Very hospitable owner and the breakfast was great. It felt completely safe too so I would definitely recommend it!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. The lady owner went out of her way to cater for people from all countries including Australia by providing Vegemite. Breakfast was really great. She has the best sense of humour and easy to talk to.

Very clean. Good price. I was traveling alone. I usually ask for the upper floor, but felt safe enough so when I was put on the bottom floor, I didn't request another room. Near a bunch of fast food places which I'm not into. But saw there was a Starbucks open quite late which has relatively healthy stuff, so I was able to get a panini there.

When I checked out tho, no one was at the front desk, although I waited a few min. Breakfast was described as absolutely wonderful by others, so I guess my expectations were high. It was just OK w/selection of a few cereals, yogurt, small muffins and make your own waffle. Still better than the standard breakfast. Back to Starbucks anyway, which is right near the freeway.

Didn't have breakfast here. Staff was the best!
