Pillows were too soft.

I loved everything from the room especially the patio outside that we could sit down and hangout.

customer service am female ataff refused to refund a day they did not get my verbal consent and I only signed for 7 nights nothing more yet they continued to charge my card and when questioned told I was wrong nor do I get my money back hung up 3x and didn’t give choice hotel points for 11 stays

this lady up front is horrible tried telling me I didn’t. tell them my check our date yet I only approved and paid for 7 nights yet charged me me another week hung up on my 5 times told me I was wrong I request a supervisor and she told me no and hung up refused to refund my card

this lady Melony is horrible and is needing to be terminated asap it will not be anything near great services with this woman there !

Our pet friendly room was spacious and clean on the first floor near the locked exit door. This allowed us to take our dog outside easily as needed. Hotel was quiet and they offer trolleys to carry your bags to and from your car if needed.

We were given an “accessible” room and the shower is not comfortable due an able bodied person..
