Very noisy. Smoker from next door made my room stink of smoke. There was dried blood on the bathroom wall and it want very clean.

This motel is not a 3 star. It could barely make a 1 star. Severely misrepresented. Rundown, dirty.

Broken windows, pot holes big enough to damage your vehicle. Rundown and appears no maintenance is done. Definitely not a 3 star. Would barely make a 1 star. Severely misrepresented by booking. Com.

I did not like the other people who stayed there as they hung out at outside door constantly or in hallways and stood by my car and cooked on grill in parking lot. Plus they blared thier mexican music. Very disrespectful.

I had a reservation for double bed and didn't get it. The fire alarm kept beeping. They took it completely out. Fridge wasn't cold. Breakfast was terrible! Pool and hot tub not available. Bad experience!

First off I had to wait 2 hours outside to check in. When we finally got up to the room, they were cleaning up. It was dirty,toilet was leaking,shower curtain was dirty, piles of hair from past guests all over, nasty smell and was just ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I used the towels to wipe A, ONE CORNER AND IT WAS BLACK. Only reason we stayed bc there were absolutely no rooms available bc of the fair. We couldn't wait to wake up and leave it was so gross!

Everything it was the most disgusting place I've EVER been. Odor was horrific. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

Many things, first we arrived at 5pm when check in was at 3pm our room was not ready and had to wait about 45 minutes. Breakfast was just ok the room was in need of an update; torn curtains super noise AC, cockroach in the bathroom, etc.

The hotel is under renovations so everything is amuck. But the main concern was all the questionable humans outside. It seems the hotel keeps the unusual activity on the south side and possibly rents rooms to homeless/druggies... All other guests are on the North side. It was a concern, but overall we had no issues. I believe that once the hotel is renovated and everything including the pool/hot tub are in working order (the pool by the way is a very nice size pool) wanted to get in it so bad..The rooms aren't clean, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom we thought the toilet leaked but we mopped it up with towels and that worked out; but why was there water on the floor? the towel we used was black so that told me that the floors didn't/don't get mopped.. I usually always clean my room when I get there but I wasn't able to clean the floors. I would stay there again honestly. The price will go up once renovations are complete...So as they say, you get what you pay for if your on the cheap..

Shower head was loose and when you turned on the shower it sprayed water all over the entire roof of the bathroom.

It's in a bad area. The signs were all gone out front. The halls were dingy and smelled like paint. Our room smelled and it had 2 doors. One entry from hall and other right outside the parking lot. Looks like homeless are living there to me. If it wasn't a nonrefundable room wouldn't of stayed.
