TV had no remote control. got from front desk however, did not work on TV in room. the rooms furiture seemed a little dated.

the outside looked nice
The elevator was not working, so we had to walk up for stairwells to get to the third-floor with our luggage, my sons bike, and everything else we had. No one offered to help no staff was available except for the check-in clerk.

nothing except location of our room. 1 st floor end room
mold on shower curtain and shower floor. given a handicap room when we didn’t ask for that type of room. breakfast was the same every day. stayed 6 days. went to Cracker Barrel for a change. had to request pool to be cleaned when we first arrived. took a day to get resolved. front desk staff were a asset to the hotel.

Staff observed privacy.
Carpet in the room was soiled with stains. Walls were so thin I could hear a person in the next room sneeze. Windows were not reinforced, so could hear constant traffic from the interstate. Limited TV channels. No restaurant. Price for this facility was totally over-priced.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was for such an old motel. Updated very well. The staff working there were outstanding. We were there for 3 nights
The cost was crazy for this kind of location and the amenities were not well taken care of. The pool was dirty, the laundry room was filthy, the machines were sticky from laundry detergent. No attention there. I think all motel chains have taken advantage of the COVID thing by not refreshing rooms every day and at 200+ a night that is unacceptable. The breakfast was great!

The place had a constant musty smell. Bathroom shower was less than desirable. We went to store and bought a mat to stand on while in the shower because the floor was old and dingy..

Had to check in late room wasn't ready the room was dirty rotten orange by bottom of couch toilet was clogged lady came to fix it then poured bleach on floor. Ruined my clothes due to the way she splashed it

very nice staff, accommodating and pleasant. pretty good breakfast, has all you need and stocked very well.
After my second night I figured they’d clean the room and stock some fresh towels. I don’t like going to the desk to ask for things you should have.
