The property was clean but the linens smelled musty, the walls are so thin that you can hear the people on both sides conversation to the point you can almost hear what they are saying.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. The eggs and sausage were barely warm at 6:30am and the taste was horrible. The office staff by the breakfast was talking to another worker and was so loud first thing in the morning it was obnoxious. The rooms smells musty, faucet sprays all over and leaks, no USB ports for charging like most updated hotels have. The AC unit in the room was so loud it woke us up every time it turned on. Walls are paper thin to the point you can hear your neighbors conversations.

Room smelled bad, musky. Pool was dirty. Gym was closed, hot breakfast only 1 of 3 days

After breaking a personal bottle of cologne that was brought with me they kept my deposit saying that the room was unfit to rerent due to the smell I spoke with management regarding my deposit being kept in the response I got was completely unreasonable

Very clean and super friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room and staff accommodated my disability so well.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pillows were good. The bed pretty comfortable. The coffee was OK.

The first room I had, within minutes of entering, a huge roach crawled out of the sink. I called the front desk and they were very apologetic and changed my room. The second room, nothing crawled out of the sink, thankfully, but there was a very obnoxious and loud talking person next door and he talked and talked into the wee hours of the morning, I tried to drown out the noise with the TV but it has a volume arrestor, only went to 30. I needed twice that; I could not sleep and was a tired mess in the morning. These days I think it's dangerous to complain, so I did not say anything to the people or front desk. Breakfast was terrible, which was really unfortunate, because that's a main reason why I chose the hotel. The "pancake machine" was not working and the remaining options were not good or not in stock. The first day was so bad I ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere the rest of my stay. I would have changed hotels except I prepaid for my entire stay so I didn't want to waste the money.

The staff was horrible especially the GM. They had the worst pet policies. They are not pet friendly

They have a policy where you can't leave your dog unattended for more than 15 min or it's $250 fine. I had my friend stay with my dog was out and they still charged me. I went to my car to grab something and the GM harassed me about leaving my dog and threatened to charge me. I went to the lobby to meet a friend to bring up to the room and she charged me. They did not refund my money for the nights I didn't stay. I lost almost 1000 dollars because this ridiculous GM. She said she was watching me on camera which Is harassment. I'm a Latino veteran woman who is going to blast this entitled white woman as much as I can because all I can do is write a review. She cannot treat people this way please help me by not giving this woman any of your business! I felt harrased and left on the street with no money!! I asked her how she felt about treating another woman and veteran this way and she said she will sleep just fine at night 🤬

Good location on I-95 when hitting the road North or South

Smell of humidity in the hallway led to finding to live cockroaches in the room and mould in the bathroom. Bad smell in the room and no option to open a window.
