Location was ok. Outside the main section of town so it wasn't super busy. Price wasn't bad for the room.

You can smoke on the balcony outside where the ac units suck in the smoke making rooms smell like cigarettes even tho they repeatedly tell you no smoking in the room or you will get billed. We'll my party doesn't smoke at all do it would be hard to prove it. Toliet paper holder was broken and angled down when we got there, the door didn't open and close well, there was broken brick in the door jam, trash outside. No one to check me out to leave.

No coffee in room. Breakfast was a joke!! Not even coffee. Danish was all gone be for 7:15 am. Phone in room didn’t work,unable to call office or other room where kids were

What breakfast? Toilet wouldn't flush properly, curtains over window were not secured, construction crew started early in the morning disturbing our sleep and continued throughout the day.

The only hope for that dump would be to demolish it and build a new hotel 🏨.

We had requested a first floor room on two occasions and didn’t get one. We were charged $25 per night for a dog when the website said $25 PER STAY. Manager told the front desk person each night was a stay. Loud banging past midnight and again at 6 AM.

It was nice affordable hotel right on the outside if Helen.

It was a construction zone as it is currently being renovated and that was not listed anywhere in listing. My room was a newly renovated room, while it looked nice the bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the location & the gentleman working the front desk upon arrival. It was very close to downtown Helen, so we didn't have to drive far to get out. The man who checked us in was very friendly and informative.

This was easily the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. We would have left if every other property hadn't been booked full for Oktoberfest. The shower curtain was moldy, the bathroom drain was crusty, there was hair on the shower walls, and the tub didn't drain. I killed two bugs immediately upon entering our room. The beds were very uncomfortable. The coffee tasted like someone had reused the same grounds for five pots trying to stretch a buck. Overall just very displeased with this stay.

Equal to other motels in this price range If you want a holiday inn then pay for a holiday inn

First floor and it had jacuzzi tub and pool

The jacuzzi tub stopper didn't fit so it leaked and faucet dripped all night, the outlet on lamp near tub did not work at all to charge phone USB or the one with box attached. You could only flush toilet once then have to wait like 20 min or so before could flush again. So 2 people can't use bathroom back to back and expect to flush. The room had a stale non use smell in it when we opened door and one of the pillows had a huge brown stain on it. The bed was hard and squeaky when you sat/laid/moved on it. Had issues checking in even though room was prepaid. When I called customer care they were rude and hung up on me. The breakfast only consists on waffles and cereal that was stale. The pool was dirty I took the net and cleaned bugs best I could on top of it best I could before tempting to get in. Went up front to get new batteries for remote and he got batteries out of another remote saod try these and guess what those didn't work had to call him from the phone and he met me out side my room and said try these he got them out of remote he knew worked... [a hotel should keep batteries for remotes on hand].

It was in a perfect location in front of the water park.

The pool was so dirty. They didn’t even turn the pump on. Our particular door has to be kicked in to open.

The pool was nasty. We heard some kind of excuse about a previous guest doing some thing, but that’s not the case there’s no way that pool could be that nasty without it just not being taken care of.

The rooms inside were as expected for the cost. The tub and toilet were stained and filthy. The wall behind the toilet was missing tiles and there were a few bugs, no bed bugs though!

The rooms were nasty. The floor made the bottom of our feet's black like it hadn't been mopped my little one had black legs from crawling on the floor. There was hair in the tub and the beds Bathroom shower curtain was very dirty.

nothing looked like the pictures on the website, it's a dirty place with bugs and cockroaches, there were no clean towels, it smelled like mold it was the worst hotel experience I've had in the US. the locks didn't work and it also said there was breakfast and even if there was I would eat in such filth. horrible and for the price charged of 167 dollars God forbids
