rude staff. bed bugs. manager charged my card twice. she did not refund deposit. there was smoking in the MOTEL, when it is supposed to be non smoking. IT IS IN ILLINOIS not St. Louis!!!! there was funny smell. no one did any cleaning, nor replacing of towels. pool was dirty & not warm.

Bed was comfy and air worked good.

It was not very clean. Mirrors were dirty. There was tooth paste on side of bathtub, a ring in it and we seen baby roaches at night in bathroom. The carpet in hallway was dirty and the breakfast was very little.

Absolutely nothing. I was robbed by hotel management and staff.

Management's lac of professionalism. Our the understanding of how. Customer service works. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR Debit CARD NUMBERS!!!!! Nothing they can do for you.

The elevator floor has not been cleaned in months. The room was filthy, the mirror hasn't been cleaned in who knows when. Dirt in the cracks on the floor. The tub looked dirty. If not for my fractured ankle, we would have left. The toilet seat is loose, the sink smelled. The so called suite was a joke, the couch was filthy didn't even sit on it. The remotes for the tv's didn't work. This place needs a lot of work. The saving of money is not worth it. BTW, we found 1 roach
