The beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the exercise room. There were plenty of clean towels and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is very close to Gurnee Mills and Six Flags and we found a number of restaurants nearby that the whole family enjoyed.

The location was good. Breakfast has a good variety. beds were comfortable

The room was not very clean. Left over items in the shower from previous guests. Hair all over surfaces, bathroom, and bedding. Staff would not give us extra towels or blankets.

it was clean the staff was friendly and helpful it was close to everything so we didn’t have to travel far

the complementary breakfast, they kept running outta food and we had to wait almost 30 mins for them to bring out more which ended up making us miss the free breakfast

it was a good location.

we ended up leaving the hotel an hour after we arrived because the pool had so much chlorine it burned your eyes and burned my 2 year olds skin. we called to tell the staff that we left and was hoping to get some money back but nothing. It was a waste of money if you are looking for a hotel with a nice pool

The location was the only good thing. Ingot a call an hour after we left from housekeeping that i left my glasses there and they woukd ship them. The shipping company called and shipped them back. 4 days later I got a call from manager that the room was just cleaned (4 days later) and thy found damaged to 2 headboards, and end table and a tv table. There was no damamge caused!! Strange since housekeeping was in there an hour after I left. I called booking and comfort inn and in between those 3 days we left there was 3 other parties that stayed in that room. I could not get a hold of the manager of the hotel as he would not talk to me and would keep hanging up, I called several times during the week. Booking.com stated they cannot do anything as Comfort inn is a private chain.. this hotel is commiting fraud to people and assuming they can get away with to people out of state!!! Please beware!!!!!

I couldn't get a TV remote even though I called front desk an was told they'd would be bringing me one. All night.. no tv

quiet, clean and although pet friendly they have limited pet rooms

Check in clerk put us on 2nd floor and early next morning front desk clerk said we could not have a pet on the 2nd floor and we had to move. Told him we were checking out. Billed us an extra $30

traffic from the highways was to loud not allowing one to gets a good nights rest
